The celeriac and lobster oil broth to drink directly from the cup is delicious, the raw anchovy with the recall of the flavors of beccafico sardines is exceptional. But the dish that won me over was the stewed artichoke with mussels and an almond cream: a mix of flavors that blend pleasantly to create an infinite pleasure in the mouth!
