Oggi pomeriggio ero dalle parti di questa pasticceria e così ho deciso di fermarmi per fare merenda. Il laboratorio della pasticceria è dietro al bancone e oggi la porta era aperta, così ho potuto vedere i pasticceri all'opera in un ambiente molto pulito. Ho preso una brioche con la ricotta. L'impasto era buono e molto burroso mentre la farcitura avrebbe potuto essere più generosa; c'erano anche dei canditi sulla ricotta che hanno dato quel tocco particolare al tutto. Si può chiedere un vassoio per consumare la merenda in uno dei numerosi tavolini collocati nel cortile interno. Ho trovato molto gentile la barista che mi ha servito.

Wide range of excellent quality pastries and brioches! The donuts are not hollow (like in all the other bars in Cervia) and full of excellent vanilla cream. We therefore decided to rely on a birthday cake: a millefeuille with chocolate chantilly inside and cream outside... amazing! High technical level and quality of ingredients. Having asked for a maximum of 1kg they even discounted the excess weight. A reality that is not to be taken for granted in a tourist location. Compliments!

An einem heißen Sommertag suchten wir uns ein schattiges Cafe, um gemütlich etwas trinken zu können. Hier in dem schönen Gastgarten waren wir gleich heimisch und die so netten Menschen im Service, versorgten uns mit leckeren Aperol und vielen kleinen Köstlichkeiten aus der Backstube. Top Qualität, der Preis zu niedrig und wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt.
