Great bar. Superb pastries with a wide selection (even for vegan pastries), great imagination and craftsmanship of the pastry chefs. Highly recommended.

The pastry is just heaven, the most delicious I have ever had, great coffee as well and the stuff is nice and friendly. Vaniglia is simply a gem!

Vanilla is always a guarantee! Truly super brioches, pastries, cakes and pizzas. Aperitifs are always supplied with small pizzas and savory pastries. Even the Too good to go box is a certainty!

Per le colazioni la fama è immeritata. Alcune brioche sono buone, ma altre sono davvero banalotte e servite fredde di frigo. In inverno, volendo stare dentro al caldo, bisogna litigare per un tavolino striminzito. Personale che chiacchiera amabilmente con i clienti affezionati e ti rivolge a mala pena la parola se sei un turista. Sempre coda alla cassa e grandi attese. Mah… non ne vale la pena!!

A very pleasant experience. Smiling and kind service. The exquisite pastry, chocolate puff and diplomat are unforgettable. The cappuccino is made to perfection in terms of temperature, creaminess coefficient of the foam and proportions between liquid and cream. The veranda adjacent to the bar, kissed by the sun and with the stove, welcomes you with its warmth and there are additional throws if necessary. If you come to Cervia, an experience at the Vaniglia café is a must. I recommend it
