Excellent piadinas, well-filled, in a unique location, the Cervia salt flats. The girls at the kiosk were very kind. Bring mosquito repellent at dusk.

Piadineria on Cervese among the salt flats, friendly staff, thin and tasty piadinas, huge parking lot. Unfortunately, there were a lot of flies that were annoying during lunch, but that's not the staff's fault.

This is an incredible piadina, delicious, filling, fresh, and made right in front of you. The pasta is top-notch, just like IGP. Everything is made right away. We ordered three different piadinas. They were all delicious. We'll be back. Incredibly delicious! Compliments! Bravo! I loved the park; the sea is nearby, and there's plenty of room for the kids to run around. I'm thrilled!

Say what you will, but this place makes the best piada in Cervia and the surrounding area. Since the old management took over, it's been our favorite lunch spot. The young, friendly, and hard-working staff are great! Congratulations!
