Getting to Porte dell'Adige isn't easy for those coming from outside the province, but once you arrive, there's a wide range of well-stocked shops. You'll be spoiled for choice, from shoes, clothes, groceries, electronics, pets (dogs, cats), fish, bread, a jewelry store, eyeglass shops, and car and motorcycle supplies. I recommend taking a stroll.

I wanted to highlight the professionalism, expertise, and courtesy with which Mr. Carlo, from the optical shop located within the Conad Superstore (a shopping center on the banks of the Adige River), has assisted me in purchasing both prescription glasses and sunglasses for my family over the past few years. 21/12/2025: Excellent restaurant! The food is simply delicious! There's a huge selection of dishes (salads, appetizers, pizza, pasta, fish, desserts, etc.) and lots of vegetarian options. The prices are great! The location is beautiful, right on the lake, but there's also indoor seating. The service was always perfect every time we've been there. Even if there was a short wait, it wasn't a problem. English is perfectly spoken, and many of the staff even speak German. All the waiters were always friendly. Our absolute favorite restaurant! 😊
03/11/2025: Our regular restaurant for 40 years, definitely worth a visit.
