Vanacore - La Bottega di Gragnano In Salerno

Judging by social media, this is a historic bakery with excellent management which has allowed the growth and opening of multiple locations. The food was delicious, everything you read before going there is true, top quality ingredients. We can choose whether to have a pizza for 2 or 3 people and they bring cutting boards to the table with the slices already cut. Very nice and tasty idea, everything delicious. For the environment in the Salerno headquarters perhaps a little cramped, but I must say that we had a seat near the window complete with a candle, on a rainy day outside, it was nice. I highly recommend going there.

I went there late in the evening, but I can't remember the name of the menu. I think it was a panini with cheese and Italian ham. I really want to know the name of the menu.

Above average quality pizza by the meter. Wide choice of traditional and special pizzas, especially white ones, less so for the red ones.

Pizza is good as dough but all those seeds don't always have anything to do with what you eat. Too many too many nuts on two pieces of pizza which in the end were disgusting.

Very good pizza and pleasant environment, especially the fact that you can take various pieces of pizza and not make just one taste is good, in short, I recommend it.

Panuozzo is very good, the bread is the same and tonight I'll also try the pizza 🍕 excellent

...Sunday lunch 45 minutes of waiting 3 tables occupied the waiter says that the chosen pizza takes longer than usual to cook...but warn me and I won't wait any longer than necessary the truth is that more bread was baked than pizza given that their counter is ultra full of bread... pizza no longer what it used to be, zero mozzarella... welcome to the VANACORE bakery, the right BUSINESS REASON...
