Vanacore - La Bottega di Gragnano In Salerno

The Vanacore restaurant in Pompei was excellent! Our first night in Italy after a long day of traveling we stopped to eat in this restaurant. Angela and her assistant were so kind to us! Upon learning that we were weary travelers, Angela prepared a special little treat just for us. The pizza was excellent! Actually, it was the best pizza we had in our week in Italy and, probably, the best pizza we ever have had. We ate at several other restaurants in Pompei and none could compare with Angela's service and quality of food.The pizza parlors in the United States could learn a lot from Angela. The food and service were so good that we made certain to visit with Angela and eat at her restaurant on our final night in italy, as well. Each time, the pizza was the best! Though I speak limited Italian and Angela did not speak much English, we easily communicated through expressions and with the assistance of the Google translation app. I highly recommend Angela's restaurant whenever you might be in Pompei, Italy! Wonderful food at a very economical price combined with a lovely lady make for a fantastico dining experience!

Apart from the high price and the cold in the place it was warm but with the doors open, Amzi's pizza isn't bad. a little heavy

Excellent dough for pizzas but you can also eat something else. Absolutely perfect Gragnano wine

The food was good, the service was excellent, the only flaw... the temperature, sitting at the table was cold!

Judging by social media, this is a historic bakery with excellent management which has allowed the growth and opening of multiple locations. The food was delicious, everything you read before going there is true, top quality ingredients. We can choose whether to have a pizza for 2 or 3 people and they bring cutting boards to the table with the slices already cut. Very nice and tasty idea, everything delicious. For the environment in the Salerno headquarters perhaps a little cramped, but I must say that we had a seat near the window complete with a candle, on a rainy day outside, it was nice. I highly recommend going there.

Il sabato sera il servizio di asporto intralcia il servizio ai tavoli e l' attesa è troppo lunga servizio troppo essenziale per il prezzo pagato. Il panuozzo è buono, la pizza da rivedere

Ottimo cibo. Panuozzo croccante molto ripieno. Tranci di pizza buoni. Bel locale simpatico e personale gentile. Da ritornarci
