16/03/2025: Exquisite Sunday lunch, quality cold cuts, really tender and tasty goulash, very well made frico (it's not easy to find decent ones even though we're from Friuli...), peperonata a little sweet but all in all pleasant. Very honest price, rustic, warm and welcoming location, smiling and friendly owners. We will be back soon. Thank you 🤩
14/02/2025: Last night we were oriented to this tavern with cuisine by a local friend.
A typical Friulian place, where the smile and the hospitality of the Lady (whose name I don't remember, her old age) illuminate the environment.
We ate tagliatelle with wild boar, where I didn't want them to ever end, the goulash, tasty at the right point, tender and with a drizzle of oil (made by them with herbs cut into very small pieces and chilli pepper) was out of this world. The side dish, a sweetish peperonata which suited us very well.. Good wine, the blueberry liqueur was thick and pleasant.. we paid the right price, together with a DOCG clientele of Friulian origin.. congratulations, I will be back 🤗
