We are periodic guests of VaiMò. A refined but easy-going environment, attentive to the customer's well-being. I recommend the "ravioli our way", but the whole fish menu is worth it. The pizzas are also very good and digestible.

Even on Saturdays you can find a seat and they'll seat you without a reservation, excellent pizza, fast service. The difference in catering (and not only) between Neapolitans and those from the Marche lies here....the former are helpful and welcoming...the latter are goats and ignorant!

03/05/2025: We stopped in Recanati for 3 days and it became our point of reference for catering. Thin and delicious pizza, soft pasta, quality rotisserie and really fast but above all friendly and professional service. All very very good with excellent prices. Compliments !!!

14/01/2025: It is a place where you can taste traditional Macerata dishes as well as the chef's innovations (e.g. special pizzas). An easily accessible place, with parking and quiet enough for both a frugal lunch break and a great "slow-food" dinner. Recommended 👌🏻
