Vagh in Ufezzi In Bologna

I had to think about what to write in this review. I found the restaurant through a search for the best trattorias in Bologna (historic center) serving traditional, non-touristy dishes. It's certainly not a touristy place, but I was very unsure about the traditional dishes. The menu (which, I must say, was limited) included salmon, tuna tartare, and a revisited burger. Certainly, nothing truly traditional. Perhaps the first courses (only two options) were more Bolognese. In any case, the ingredients were up to par and of good quality, but all in all, I wouldn't return. The service was friendly.

This is my favorite restaurant in the world. Amazing and I mean amazing food. The owner Antonella is such a good host and really makes you feel at home. I can’t say enough about how good the food is here, I cannot wait to be back in Bologna, just so that I can come here!

A rare place, with the scent of home and heart. It was recommended to me, but what I found far exceeded my expectations. A family-run restaurant that seems to have emerged from a kinder time, where attention to people and food comes first. Chiara shops in the morning, carefully choosing what to cook based on what's fresh and good. No fixed menus, just simple, authentic, and truly thoughtful dishes. They make you feel at home from the first moment. Here, every detail speaks of love. For the food, for the people, for things done well. And in a world where everything rushes by, where everything has become the same, places like this almost no longer exist. Cuisine that warms the heart, attention that makes you feel important, a simplicity that enchants. It's one of those places you never forget. In fact, one of those places you return to—every time you want to feel truly good.

A very charming place in the streets of the historic center. Simple, good cuisine. Highly recommended

A small, welcoming trattoria, not too touristy. The menu offers a few dishes, but they're not banal, and the owner explains them verbally during the menu presentation. Overall, we were satisfied. Our only complaint, though entirely subjective, concerns the seasoning, which tends to be quite "heavy." Some people like a lot of greasy seasoning, while others find too much oil a bit off-putting.

Traditional Bolognese tavern. The cured meats are good, the crescentine are excellent, really fresh. I also tried the pork morsels with porcini mushrooms. FABULOUS.

We had a magnificent, super extraordinary evening. Food was outstanding, so authentic, so local and tasty. This deserves a Michelin star.

Limited but quality menu. One of the best value for money in the center.

Pranzo buonissimo, abbondante e tipicamente bolognese. Materie prime di ottima qualità e un prezzo più che giusto per quello che abbiamo mangiato. Consiglio davvero di andarci. Complimenti alla cuoca per l’ottimo lavoro!
