Last Saturday I go to this pizzeria where they also make first courses and so on with some friends for the first time: the environment is nice but it has some things to fix on a technical level but in general it is welcoming. Flaws seen while waiting for the dishes to arrive.
Unfortunately, 11 people waited an hour and a half, booked 8.30pm, first course arrived shortly after 10pm.
We were offered zeppoline as in the first photo, when the first courses arrived the scialatielli al scoglio had no crust (they don't do it on Saturdays, but unfortunately the waitress forgot to say so).
The pizzas arrive, I took the buffalotta which in my opinion had already been out of the oven for at least 5 minutes because it was hot but not smoking and the basil was a little toasted (I doubt it was added just before the end of cooking) good and digestible at end of everything.
The bill arrives, we are given a discount on the total and offered a round of bitters.
Unfortunately, all this comes close to closing for the summer holidays and with reduced staff still in training.
It must be said that the availability for clarifications on the disservice and the friendliness of the room manager made everything a little easier.
On the other hand, those who work make mistakes, the important thing is to realize it and remedy it in some way.

Simple and nice place, very kind and joking waiters especially for I think (it was) the manager. This time we ordered cuisine and we all enjoyed it.... congratulations on the atmosphere....

A Magenta per la prima volta. Mi affido a Tripadvisor per scegliere una pizzeria. Il nome mi ha attirato non tanto perché sono napoletano ma perché avevo fretta di cenare per impellente impegno. Che dire: PERFETTO. La pizza veramente buona. Prezzo adeguato. Locale carino ed elegante. Il responsabile di sala (MICHELE) molto cordiale e professionale.
Lo consiglio vivamente. Complimenti alla proprietaria che osservava con attenzione al modo in cui la clientela veniva accolta e servita. Complimenti

Pizzeria excellent food and pizza there are no words excellent service and quality excellent staff especially the manager MICHELE excellent polite kind and very nice! An emotion every time you enter especially in the room above (IN THE SHIP) anyway excellent as always congratulations to the staff!
