Fantastic experience. Very welcoming place. Polite and helpful staff, especially the very nice Pietro.

We had dinner at the UVA restaurant at the San Martin hotel where we spent the night. The setting is beautiful, the tables are set up in the cloister of the old convent. The cuisine is very good, prepared with beautiful products, the plates are nicely presented. The only downsides were on the one hand a group who had a buffet dinner at the back of the gallery and who were extremely noisy in their discussions encouraging us to leave the room as soon as the dessert was finished, and on the other hand the waiter who was perhaps on trial who wanted to be overzealous (a lady was watching him from behind): we wanted to eat only a first and a second, he first strongly insisted that we take an antipasto but we refused then he came back between the two courses to ask us to order a dessert even though we didn't want anything sweet, and he insisted in Italian that we order a chocolate soufflé which was a specialty of Puglia!!!!! Finally we gave in for a soufflé for two…. In the end, he served us a chocolate cake like they serve in 80% of French restaurants… we preferred to laugh about it!!!

The beauty of this magical place in the heart of the historic center of Giovinazzo is indescribable, I could only look around! Spritz from fear!!!! Youthful and female entrepreneurship that leaves nothing to chance Personally I can't wait to go back... also because I absolutely want to see the terrace overlooking the sea :D Really good

Francisco is fantastic, even with the language barrier I had so much fun with him as my server. The food was amazing and I enjoyed this place immensely!! Would highly recommend this hotel.
