Stopped here for very late lunch 1535 hrs returning to Corvara from Marmolada, but via off piste routes. Key was to be somewhere where no lifts were necessary for our return. Kitchen was closed but the owner most kindly offered us sandwiches, he’s mates with my awesome alpine guide Maria P. The bread looked huge but did it just melt in my mouth, so soft, so tasty, so fresh, and the prosciutto was to die for! How do they get everything to taste so good and fresh up on a mountain! The views outside were lovely! Must visit. Straight ski down to Corvara !

I don't know if it has rooms. It is a very popular refuge. Good food, better than average (neglecting the carbonara made with cream and speck, blasphemy for a Roman)

Piacevole locale raggiungibile con una breve passeggiata di 30 minuti dalla stazione a monte Boe. Meno frequentato di altri locali a monte e decisamente bello, panoramico, accogliente e tipico. Porzioni abobndanti e molto buone. Abbiamo preso 1 tagliere di formaggi eccezionale,1 piatto di uova e speck, 1 piatto di canederli, acqua e caffe per 54 euro totali. Assolutamente consigliato
