I had a company dinner for Christmas and we had a great time. The sciatt and pizzoccheri were really good especially for me who really appreciate Valtellina dishes. I truly recommend it to everyone

Starter of delicious cured meats and sciatt, space foisgrois. Excellent pizzoccheri, risotto a little overcooked but with a delicious flavour. A touch of tiramisu cream consistency and we arrive at the fifth star. Kind and courteous, a very enjoyable evening.

I didn't know this place. Our company organized a pizzocchera at Usteria Pianela. Before the pizzoccheri we took some platters of cold cuts and cheeses, I would say excellent. The pizzoccheri were very good and not greasy. I recommend it.

Today for lunch with my wife. Her pumpkin risotto, amaretto and casera. I Cassoela with polenta. The risotto. My wife and I love risotto, we never miss the opportunity to eat it as soon as we find an interesting proposal. Well, it leaves you speechless, in the sense that it's so good that you don't waste time commenting and you eat, eat, until unfortunately it runs out (and the portion is really generous). The cassoela. Pleasant surprise (it wasn't on the menu): a shovelful (intended as a considerable quantity) of goodness! It melted in your mouth: cabbage, ribs, rind, a real delight! The accompanying polenta was also excellent (I think stone ground flour, but I'm not sure and I didn't ask, but truly remarkable). I don't want to exaggerate, but both dishes are truly unattainable! The service is also excellent and friendly, a very clean and nice place, in the center of Cantù. As soon as it happens again we'll go back (there's the single dish risotto with osso bucco that tempts me!!)

We went to this place to try the cassoela which won the award last year!! And we understood why he won!! Supreme flavor, "wet" just right, not heavy, and, importantly for someone who has to maintain his 97kg, generous portion!! And the polenta was also very good... We started with sciat and bresaola, which were also divine... Also worth taking is the braulio sorbet!! Really good.. We will absolutely be back to try other delicacies!

I had lunch there on a Sunday and I have to say that the food and service are really excellent. From the appetizer to the dessert I found nothing that could go out of tune. Furthermore, we were given the opportunity to taste two/three first courses sharing them with the guests I had at the table. The chocolate and pear cake is excellent, absolutely worth trying.

Ottimo locale! Piatti squisiti, antipasto sciatt e bresaola di ottima qualità (sciatt x niente unti e bresaola nostrana), carne che si scioglieva in bocca e primi da urlo!! Ottimo anke il vino rosso della casa e i dolci!! Personale molto gentile e cordiale! Servizio veloce e il proprietario Alessandro squisito!! Ci torneremo per assaggiarlo altri piatti!! Locale straconsigliato
