Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari in un ambiente pulito e molto curato. Abbiamo mangiato un tagliere di salumi e formaggi locali: salame e coppa sublimi, anche i formaggi gustosi accompagnati da marmellata ai frutti di bosco e miele. Dopo abbiamo preso tre primi di pasta fresca con ragù di maialino nero, cacio (formaggio locale) e pepe e pesto di finocchietto e salame di Sant’Angelo di brolo buonissimi ed abbondanti. Prezzi onesti nonostante la qualità e la cura nei dettagli. Da ritornare sicuramente e consigliare vivamente.

Ottima cena di pesce, notevole la qualità dei prodotti utilizzati, i piatti ben articolati e presentati, una menzione speciale va al tagliolino al nero di seppia con i ricci. La varietà dei vini in carta è veramente ampia. Il personale è gentile e preparato, il locale è molto bello e accogliente. Ci tornerò volentieri.

I resume my tours of the most authentic Sicily and visit Sant'Angelo di Brolo, famous for its Nebrodi black pig cured meats, and I am attracted by a simple sign. In a welcoming environment, a km-long menu. zero selection of really special cured meats and cheeses, excellent first courses and with a notable off-menu - memorable fettuccine with porcini mushrooms. Second courses I don't know I was full but I smelled heavenly aromas, sweet, Pizzocalabro truffle, indispensable, remarkable wine selection, very professional service, pleasant price. To return.

Welcoming, warm location with vintage charm. Typical local cuisine of good quality with friendly service. Honest prices, in line with the quality of the product without exaggerations. Decent wine list, which can satisfy the needs of the typology. Special mention for the meat (second of the land tasting menu), cooked impeccably and with skill. Desserts that leave a pleasant finish and confirm the choice. A walk and reservations are recommended.

09/02/2025: I have been to this place several times, including the restaurant on the first floor. On the ground floor there is a take-away gastronomy service and tables where you can eat on site. The restaurant is on the first floor. Attached to the place is the butcher's shop owned by the same owners. The food offered is excellent. Many varieties of choice and above all I appreciate the meat that comes from their farms. The place is a fairly large and spartan deli as it should be for a takeaway place. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent value for money. Generous portions. Advised.
