Today we discovered a truly authentic Turin piola, thanks to our cousin who brought us here. A wonderful surprise and a truly pleasant experience. A welcoming place, with a simple yet refined atmosphere, true to the spirit of true Piedmontese piola. The dishes are prepared with great care and respect for tradition: excellent ingredients and flavors that reflect the region. Sincere compliments to the owner for the place and the atmosphere he's created, but more than deserved praise goes to the chef: attentive, skilled, and also very friendly, qualities that make the experience even more enjoyable. It's immediately clear why this place received the award for best piola on Alessandro Borghese's show. A place we'll gladly return to. Highly recommended 👍🏻

We went with the intention of trying the bagna cauda. I have to say, it's truly fabulous; now I want to go back to try the rest. Compliments from us, and not just Alessandro Borghese; well done to the whole team.
