A restaurant with limited seating in the center of Follonica. Excellent ingredients, cooked to perfection! The service could be improved; they didn't bring olive oil with the meat or sauces with the fries, nor were we even asked if we wanted condiments. Other than these details, highly recommended.

A unique experience, just like the name, the owners are very friendly and joking, if you are in the area go to them, a very beautiful and intimate place, highly recommended with refined and sophisticated dishes

Welcoming and relaxing environment, they were very kind to offer us a dish off the menu for our 1 year old son, pasta with a delicious oil. We had two second courses, everything cooked with care, excellent flavors and high quality of ingredients. We will definitely return to taste other dishes.

Great experience at this place, we stopped by for dinner with my partner and we were welcomed kindly by the staff, good food, I recommend it if you happen to be in Follonica!

A really nice little place, there are two of them who do everything, husband and wife, we ate really well, really well-prepared dishes. Bigoli that you can tell are made by them. nice and authentic.

Sono tornato molto volentieri. Bistrot eccellente, Unico come è denominato sull'insegna. Maurizio e la sua compagna gestiscono il tutto con saccente competenza e avvedutezza. Credo sia la loro filosofia nella ricerca delle materie prime e la cura della clientela. 10 & lode!

12/07/2025: Truly TOP-NOTCH meat! They don't even ask you how cooked it is, as it's paired with the type of meat you choose. The wine list is outrageous (even in terms of prices...). Definitely a pleasant experience, one worth repeating.
11/07/2025: A lovely surprise in this small village. The exterior is beautifully landscaped and doesn't detract from the quality of the food and service offered at this establishment. We had the Italian Angus beef, which was simply sublime. Ranked 4th in the world for meat out of 150 selected restaurants, this restaurant can proudly boast of that. We received excellent advice and service throughout our meal. In short, the price is well worth it, and I highly recommend a stop here for meat lovers!

La Tana dei Brilli

01/06/2025: We ate well. The dishes are exquisite and refined in a very beautiful setting. The managers are very courteous and hospitable. Excellent value for money. Recommended.
30/05/2025: At La Tana dei Brilli you eat really well. It is one of those places where the cuisine is simple, made with local ingredients and recipes that taste like home. No frills, just real flavors, the ones you recognize at first taste and that make you want to come back. The menu is written with a poetic care that makes you want to order everything: each dish has a description that tells a story, and already reading it you imagine the smell and taste. The prices are fair, actually good, especially for what you take home in terms of quality and atmosphere. And then there is the owner - very nice - and the cook, who make you feel at home. They welcome you with a smile and treat you as if you were a lifelong friend. A place like this should be kept a secret ... but it deserves to be shared. Advice
