Excellent restaurant and compliments to the couple who manage it, very good, attentive and well presented, we found it suddenly in a side street of via Roma in Follonica, we really had a great time, good guys, good luck

Sono tornato molto volentieri. Bistrot eccellente, Unico come è denominato sull'insegna. Maurizio e la sua compagna gestiscono il tutto con saccente competenza e avvedutezza. Credo sia la loro filosofia nella ricerca delle materie prime e la cura della clientela. 10 & lode!

A truly excellent experience! The dishes are super good, prepared with quality products that can be felt from the first taste. The staff is competent, attentive and always kind, which makes the atmosphere even more pleasant. A place that knows how to combine taste and hospitality impeccably. Absolutely recommended, I will definitely be back! Thanks again Maurizio for the food and wine and tourist advice

Small, family-run restaurant in a tensile structure with a few tables in the center of Follonica. We took a small platter and the pinci cacio e pepe with shrimp and tiramisu for dessert. All truly delicious and satisfying, an excellent experience that I recommend to everyone.

If you are looking for a reason to go to Follonica, go and eat at Osteria Urbana Genuine, exquisite Tuscan cuisine that is not heavy and makes the so-called starred restaurants look bad Exhaustive friendly welcome Non-scenic environment that is of no use Lots of substance I recommend the tagliatelle and the pici with garlic Compliments to Elisa the cook

Locale posto in centro a Follonica. Ha pochi tavoli, quindi si consiglia la prenotazione. Ci si accomoda in una tensostruttura, calda e piacevole. Il menù non prevede molte portate, ma tutte sono cucinate con amore; si vede e si sente la cura e la ricercatezza nelle preparazioni. Molto gentili nel venire incontro alle esigenze di una persona celiaca preparando appositamente un antipasto tra l'altro molto buono! Unico neo il servizio cordiale, ma molto, troppo lento.

30/05/2025: At La Tana dei Brilli you eat really well. It is one of those places where the cuisine is simple, made with local ingredients and recipes that taste like home. No frills, just real flavors, the ones you recognize at first taste and that make you want to come back. The menu is written with a poetic care that makes you want to order everything: each dish has a description that tells a story, and already reading it you imagine the smell and taste. The prices are fair, actually good, especially for what you take home in terms of quality and atmosphere. And then there is the owner - very nice - and the cook, who make you feel at home. They welcome you with a smile and treat you as if you were a lifelong friend. A place like this should be kept a secret ... but it deserves to be shared. Advice

10/05/2025: We came to Capalbio for a weekend and the place indicated by the hotelier... I must say a pleasant experience... they make a divine wild boar hunter and very delicate tagliatelle with wild boar ragout... the homemade desserts are really good... the price is in line with the place
