I had lunch with a friend last Saturday. The welcome was excellent and the atmosphere was just what anyone would expect. Like everyone else these days, we do a little research when booking a table. Unfortunately, my guest was unwell, and we weren't able to enjoy the entire menu, but it did give us the opportunity to appreciate the staff's discretion and kindness in supporting us during difficult times.

Incredible cuisine, poised between pastry and savory, with both ingenious and crazy touches.
The unforgettable thing is the experience with the staff. Forget the stiff Michelin-starred chefs; here, my advice is to let go, chat with the staff and your fellow diners, and create fantastic experiences!
The wine pairing is masterful (an absolute must; you're only excused if you're a teetotaler), playing and experimenting with standard and daring pairings.
The sommelier is truly impeccable and incredibly friendly, a true master of the dining room, with an unparalleled ability to understand the atmosphere and keep everyone entertained.
The eggplant "dessert" was the best dish I've ever tried among the various Michelin-starred restaurants!
It's not a dinner, it's a journey!!

Our first encounter with fine dining outside of Scandinavia was at Unforgettable, ten seats at a counter, four chefs, an intern and a sommelier, all under 30. The oldest is Stefano, the head chef, 29, who gave me his precious time with a chat between the two of us where he told me he still feels like a student.
What a marvel.
The menu itself was exceptional, it legitimizes the concept that pastry should only be sweet and only at the end of the meal. From the savory petite pâtisserie of the aperitif, to the crème brûlée of tomato water and bruschetta distillate, to the most extraordinary tagliolini of my life, and a masterful juice pairing...
Talent, wonderful flavors, very young hands that create, a more than deserved star.
