Our first encounter with fine dining outside of Scandinavia was at Unforgettable, ten seats at a counter, four chefs, an intern and a sommelier, all under 30. The oldest is Stefano, the head chef, 29, who gave me his precious time with a chat between the two of us where he told me he still feels like a student.
What a marvel.
The menu itself was exceptional, it legitimizes the concept that pastry should only be sweet and only at the end of the meal. From the savory petite pâtisserie of the aperitif, to the crème brûlée of tomato water and bruschetta distillate, to the most extraordinary tagliolini of my life, and a masterful juice pairing...
Talent, wonderful flavors, very young hands that create, a more than deserved star.

An "Unforgettable" evening that unfolds like a journey from reception to departure. Ten passengers are on board the same flight, each of whom is greeted by a host who explains the evening's schedule and the dishes served to the rhythm of an electro playlist.
The 6-7 course menu offers delicious combinations of flavors and textures. We particularly enjoyed the duck à l'orange, which was perfectly prepared.
Fans of "traditional" dishes should stay away, as nothing is standard; everything is a discovery.
The hosts are welcoming and discreet. A special mention goes to the sommelier, who created a delicious yet sometimes surprising pairing. Thank you to the entire team and congratulations!

Locale con 10 posti a sedere fronte ragazzi che con tanta voglia ti raccontano la loro interpretazione di cucina.Non sto a scrivere altro perché vi rovinerei la serata,ma posso semplicemente dire di andare a provare questo tipo di cucina se siete amanti dei gusti particolari,e non dei soliti piatti visti e già rivisti.Bravissimi a tutti

Aspettavo di andarci da tanto tempo.
