A truly unforgettable evening thanks to the menu, atmosphere, music, drinks, and the kindness of the chefs and waiters. I loved the concept of a single table seating ten people. A Michelin-starred restaurant with a difference, which I absolutely recommend.

The egg yolk pasta here was maybe the best and most simple pasta I've ever eaten! 40 egg yolks per 1kg of flour which gives it that yellow color. Honestly just come here for that dish alone. They put a little butter on top and some parmesan cheese and that's it! Incredible! The rest of the food was nice and enjoyable, but I couldn't stop thinking about that pasta. The waiters were funny and friendly. Helped to provide a really nice atmosphere to the restaurant. Thanks for a great meal.

A truly extraordinary place. Seats max 10, all at a single counter shared with other diners. It's a tasteful, olfactory, visual, and even tactile experience! We ate more than one course with our hands! The combinations are truly exquisite, showcasing the essence of the ingredients. The team is very young but highly trained.

We had dinner for our anniversary, and while it's not the first Michelin-starred restaurant we've tried, the experience was overwhelming as soon as we walked in. We were welcomed immediately, without a second's wait. The restaurant is incredibly welcoming and immediately sets you in the mood for the evening. We chose a selection of five drinks and five glasses of wine: carefully crafted pairings, perfectly complementing each course. The work and research behind it are clearly evident. The food is truly excellent, and the chefs demonstrate great mastery both in their preparation and in the care with which they present the dishes. This restaurant is definitely worth a try: a Michelin-starred restaurant with reasonable prices that deserves your full attention.
