A comfortable hotel in the immediate vicinity of the train station. Clean room, delicious and generous breakfast, friendly staff.

We only stayed one night. We were upgraded to a more spacious room. The only problem was the room was noisy. Even though we were on the 4th floor, we couldn't sleep due to the noise from the (side) street. The windows are poorly insulated, and you can hear every conversation from the street. Otherwise, the hotel is located near Termini station, making it convenient for the airport and major attractions. If I were to return to Rome, I wouldn't choose it again.

Excellent location, just steps from Termini Station. Renovated older building, elegant, understated furnishings. Excellent service, staff always available. No gym. Rooms facing the street are very noisy, even late at night.

The rooms were reasonably large and well-furnished, seemingly welcoming, but...the windows were completely unsoundproof, so much so that even on the 5th floor, the traffic noise and the chatter of people on the street were truly disturbing, even at night. The mattresses were springy and hard, unlike anything I've ever seen in a hotel, and therefore uncomfortable. It was really cold in the rooms both day and night because the central heating was off (November 7th and 8th, with temperatures of 8-9 degrees Celsius outside)....unusually cold in Rome in November? However, it was clean, and the service was impeccable. The price was exorbitant with various online agencies, but more reasonable with direct booking (at least according to what was published online). Convenient location near the train station and metro.

It's in a great location and has a luxurious lobby. While some street noise can be heard until the evening, it quiets down after 11:30 PM. Breakfast tends to be a bit crowded at 7 AM, perhaps due to the tours.
