First experience at UNA ESPERIENZE: it leaves us with the desire to visit all the other facilities. An attentive and thoughtful welcome (long before having the room available) confirmed what would accompany us throughout our stay: full attention to the customer's needs. Extremely helpful staff in a very elegant, clean, refined environment where tranquility is basic. Despite the capacity of the structure we were always calm and were able to fully enjoy the swimming pool, spa and gym. Not to mention the catering service always available: next to the swimming pool, and on the roof top. The service was so satisfying that we didn't feel the need to leave the facility. Our family of four came here for a leisure vacation from August 14th to 16th. We booked a suite with a kitchen. It felt very good. There were kitchen utensils, an oven, and a washing machine and dryer, which brought a lot of convenience to our few days. When you go out and cross the highway, you will find the beach🏖️. You can reach the supermarket within a few minutes' drive on the right. We chose to buy our own food and cook our own food. It was very good. The hotel is very clean. The room is very hygienic and comfortable. The breakfast is also very rich and varied. The attitude of the waiter It's very good, especially my room is very big and beautiful. During my two-night stay with my family in a bright and airy suite that was upgraded to a deluxe suite with a large front balcony that directly overlooks the outdoor swimming pool, I was able to appreciate the hotel's unique cleanliness and refined environment. The suites are spacious and tastefully furnished with large windows that fill the room with natural light, creating a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The bed is very comfortable and ensures a good rest, The hotel staff are courteous and attentive. They are always on call, ready to accommodate your requests with a smile. All in all, the overall experience was very positive and welcoming, and I highly recommend this hotel to my friends🏨

Simo Said was really great gentleman at the night shift in the reception this guy can be 10 in 1 leader, manger, friendly, advisor, he made us feel happy and comfortable and to to extend out stay at Versilia Lido hotel very nice person that we would see like him in everywhere.

Perfect beach vacation Our stay at this beach hotel in Italy was fantastic. The location right by the sea is fantastic, and the hotel is beautiful and well maintained. We also enjoyed using the Bagno Patricia opposite. Our room was clean and had a great sea view. The staff was very friendly and always helpful. We also loved the restaurant. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. We would be happy to come back and recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday by the sea.

The hotel service is very bad. They came in while I was sleeping and turned off the air conditioner. When I asked why, they said it was because the electricity was running out. Evening with friends spent at the Versilia Roof, everything perfect. The setting is enchanting, sea view and a refined and elegant environment. We started the evening with an aperitif. Wide selection of cocktails and bartenders available. Non-alcoholic cocktails are not trivial. Dinner. Open kitchen with grill and showcase of the sin of the day. Nice presentation. Not just fish anyway. The menu is varied. Some of us ate what they call "the pan" (a particular dish served in a centerpiece pan from which in the first step we eat molluscs, octopus, crustaceans etc. and then it is sent back to the kitchen where it is seasoned with the sauce and the remaining fish of the pasta and then brought back to the table, two courses in one!). The others instead focused on meat. The beef tartare is interesting. The desserts and selection of cheeses are also good. Professional and friendly staff. A truly beautiful evening. To be replicated.

Marvelous! A stone's throw from the sea! Clean and very well kept hotel, all the staff were attentive and courteous! Being celiac I communicated my food problem in time, starting from breakfast I found a special basket with various alternatives: from biscuits to rusks; on the other hand, I was brought a truly delicious gluten-free croissant that I could fill with jam or Nutella; During lunch or dinner, even if the menu didn't have many gluten-free dishes, I found a helpful chef who always found a solution, so that I could eat something, safe from contamination! Recommended, I'll be back!
