"Una Finestra sul Lago" is a place of attention, care, and well-being. It boasts a charming and relaxing atmosphere that evokes feelings of peace, all underpinned by a professional, dynamic, and fun staff.
The cuisine is sublime, refined, and fresh—everything you'd expect while overlooking Lake Como.

We stumbled upon this restaurant while still searching, but we were very happy with it. It had a great atmosphere, good music, a beautiful view, and delicious food. The service was also very enthusiastic. The food was a bit pricey—pizza, for example, starting at €23, a beer €9, and a glass of wine €10—but it was all very good. Cutlery, bread, and water cost €25 for 4 people.
But for an evening of pure enjoyment and a beautiful view of the lake, it's definitely recommended.

The place is truly enchanting. The waiters were kind but not very knowledgeable. I asked what the spumini were on the sour butter risotto and the answer was evasive: nothing wrong with that, but it's better to know what you're bringing to the table. The same goes for the wines. After choosing two bottles, I was told they were out of stock. Finally, the third was available. They justified this by saying: we're redoing the cellar. Prices are definitely above average.

The food is excellent, and the service is very attentive in explaining the dishes. The only negative is that when I asked the waiter to change my glass (it was dirty and had a beetle inside), he brought me the same dirty glass without the beetle. I then asked again for a replacement, and they did. The price is slightly higher than I think it's worth.

come ormai è tradizione abbiamo deciso di passare la Santa Pasqua qui. abbiamo portato tutta la famiglia. come sempre già Rocco ( il responsabile vetture) mi ha accolto nel privat Park con un sorriso. poi NATHAN E LA SUA TRUPPA tutti simpatici e felici ( ormai siamo anni che viviamo qui ) ha dato il massimo! e ci hanno fatto un menù x noi ( top come sempre) prezzo/ qualità PERFETTO. MUSICA sottofondo perfetta. Vini eccezionali. NATHAN mi ha portato in cucina : pulita ed elegante.

Al di la della location … impagabile … questo ristorante meriterebbe la trasferta … come recitava negli anni ‘90 la Michelin … solo per la cura nel servizio (un plauso al sommelier) e per la sua cucina!
Complimenti alla famiglia Martignoni che ha reso onore alla sua “grande” eredità!
Se visitate il “lago” e ve lo perdete … non avete completato la vostra esperienza!
