Small place with few seats, excellent food! The only flaw, after a while it turns into a disco and being small it ruins the evening for those who wanted to spend a quiet and relaxing evening!!

Small environment, Roman cuisine with musical entertainment. Nice for a dinner with friends. High prices for the average.

In this inn of Roman cuisine, simple dishes reign and generous portions, that satiate the soul without oppressing it. Each bite has its own merit and value, sometimes bordering on excellence in flavor. Art is not lacking, nor is the craft lacking, that honors the dish with taste and pleasure. But not everything is measure. The distance between the diners is too narrow, and the service, which wants to be genuine, borders on forced and rustic, almost mimicking the suburbs where Roman sobriety would suffice. The gesture, if affected, loses warmth. And what weighs finally is the doubloon required for the meal: because even if well executed, it remains based on humble and sincere ingredients, not worthy of the tribute asked. If the Colosseum were the backdrop, I would not have uttered a word. But in a hidden street with no views, where the only view is the din of waiters in an overly theatrical tone, the experience does not sustain the journey.

We went for lunch. Even though the place was full the service was very fast. Personally, I took supplì and gricia, and shared the porchetta with my son. Really good supplies on the phone. Very tasty gricia and right portion. Delicious porchetta with the crust that gave it an extra touch. Six of us paid around €200. Perhaps the only slight flaw was the very loud music in the room.

Wonderful atmosphere with Italian music. Good food the cacio e pepe was a little salty but overall the food was very good!

Excellent dinner we had there! We hope to return!

Delicious pasta dishes from the Roman recipes. The portions are also generous! The service is quite plain (as the traditional roman way) but it’s easy going and fast. Seems to have lots of local clients

We ate very well, there were 8 of us, we took practically all the first courses and the desserts, everything was delicious... we couldn't eat anything else, we should go back!

Ristorante tipico di cucina romana, ambiente con tavoli molto ravvicinati in pieno stile trattoria; il personale è attento e cortese, il servizio è stato abbastanza rapido. Menù caratterizzato da quantità e qualità, la serata è stata accompagnata da intrattenimento musicale. A mio avviso vi sono un po' di rincari sui prezzi, in particolare per i dolci, ma complessivamente è stata un'esperienza positiva.

Davidino è il numero uno. Cibo super! L unica pecca: il locale è molto molto piccolo quindi per poter cenare lì devi prenotare mesi e mesi prima. Noi in 4 per stare in veranda chiusa abbiamo prenotato più di un mese prima. Dove poi le regole del fumo non esistono e non vengono fatte respirare per chi soffre di allergie ed asma non è carino (le persone educate che uscivano dalla c’erano , grazie al cielo non sono tutti *cafoni* per dirlo alla romana). Comunque Davidino TOP! Per ottobre prenoto ora.
