We had lunch at "Un sacco bello" with friends yesterday, Sunday. We knew the food would be good because we'd already tried something during the "differently young party." The dishes we ate yesterday only confirmed the quality of this restaurant's cuisine.

Delicious dishes. My choice was the Zozzona, a truly excellent first course. I was a bit thirsty during the night due to the heavy seasoning, but I can't give it a negative review. The only flaw was the service, which was too fast and very intrusive. Otherwise, it's definitely worth a try.

I stopped in for a quick lunch break, and it was like taking a trip to Rome, both for the service and the excellent quality of the food.

The supplì were slightly burnt: personally, I don't mind them even that way; in fact, that extra touch of crunchiness may be appreciated. However, it's a detail that might not be to everyone's taste. The pasta, on the other hand, was extremely al dente—even too al dente, I'd say. I understand that al dente cooking is a popular choice, but in this case, it was almost raw, detracting from the enjoyment of the dish. Unfortunately, the taste also didn't quite meet expectations, especially considering the very positive reviews I'd read before going. Perhaps I just had a less fortunate day. A decidedly positive note was given to the service, which was quick, courteous, and attentive: an aspect that certainly contributed to making the experience more enjoyable.

All the dishes I tried were very good, and the portions were generous. The only downside was the price of the desserts; I found them a bit high, which put me off trying them.

Roman cuisine restaurant near the Lodi metro station, on a side street off Viale Umbria. I came here because it's very close to home, but I must say I expected more. The welcome was there, and the service was good, but I wasn't thrilled with the food, nor were it of poor quality. I think it could be improved.
