It's really easy to see that Massimiliano puts all his passion into the food he serves. Every ingredient is bio and he makes sure all the process to get it to the table is the healthiest and the best he can serve to his customers. Tania serves and treats us with all the love she can give to us. The experience we had in Bistrot Macro Vegan was beautiful, in all the ways. I really recommend it to anyone, it doesn't matter if you are vegan or not. I will make sure I visit them again next time I go to Bergamo.

When we visited Bergamo with my family, we looked for a restaurant with vegan options since I'm vegan. It was a fantastic experience for all of us, and we'll definitely go back there when we're in the area. The food was amazing, with great attention to ingredient combinations. The chef even came to chat with us about the dishes and their preparation. He and his wife were super friendly hosts, making the visit even better.

This little place was truly a revelation for me! Starting from the friendliness of the room manager, it was a succession of beautiful surprises and discoveries. The menu is very varied and ranges from exquisite vegan dishes to excellent fish options. The desserts are also superlative, all made with the utmost care and experience of the chef. The latter accompanied us throughout the dinner with pleasant suggestions and indications on the raw materials chosen by him personally. I really appreciated this way of following the customer, something I have never found in other restaurants (even much more famous ones). I highly recommend it!

My wife and I were truly surprised by the very high quality of the food, the wide choice on the menu and the high competence of the chef. The love that the latter has for the raw materials and the dedication shown towards us made the evening truly a culinary experience never experienced before. Furthermore, no less important is the kindness of the chef, who comes directly to the tables for interesting indications and details on the dishes offered, making everything 5 stars without a doubt. Lastly, the glass of Montepulciano (without sulphites) offered to us was really delicious. Absolutely worth trying. We will certainly return.

We were a very heterogeneous group in terms of food preferences but dinner satisfied everyone. Careful plating, to delight the eye even before the palate. The flavors of the dishes offered were well balanced and satisfied even those who had never eaten certain foods. The place is discreet and clean, with comfortable chairs that help you concentrate on the food. A special applause to the management, which satisfied our expectations. requests despite this implying an organizational complication for them. Several of us plan to return to try other specialties.
