It was a wonderful experience, a very well-kept place and welcoming service. In addition to the à la carte menu, at lunch there is the possibility of asking for a single dish. Be careful to indicate allergens, very inclusive. Excellent food quality, delicate taste and easy digestion. The owner is a friendly person and transparent about the processing and provenance of their products; I really appreciated the passion behind this choice. Fantastic, definitely a place I would happily return to.

Bistrot Macro Vegan is a real bomb! I was there recently and left super satisfied. The cuisine is crazy! Italian dishes made with top products, that "Gocce di Olive" oil they use is something special. Ok, it's mostly vegan, but they also do some mouth-watering fish. You can see that they carefully choose local and seasonal ingredients, and you can feel the difference. The place? Very cute! Quiet, welcoming but with that touch of class that never hurts. Nothing exaggerated or pretentious, just a nice environment where you feel comfortable. The staff is super: kind, well-prepared and they explain the dishes to you while they serve them, so you also understand what you're eating (and why it's so good!). The area is perfect and the restaurant has that something extra that makes it seem gourmet. In short, quality dishes in a professional but relaxed atmosphere. Really top!

The cuisine is a pleasant surprise for the taste buds, everything is delicious, the welcome is very friendly, the explanations about cooking demonstrate a passion and joy in introducing people to cooking. We arrived a little late but the chef reopened his kitchen for us, what kindness!

We had a really good time, very nice and well-kept environment, really good dishes and quantities adequate for the price. The glasses of wine were also excellent and I would say plentiful. The owners are exquisite people and very knowledgeable about the dishes they offer. Finally a place with fish, vegetarian and vegan alternatives and with respect for raw materials. We will definitely be back

I ate a vegan medallion that really had nothing to envy of the meat ones! Great food for vegans, vegetarians and omnivores. Very friendly staff, welcoming and comfortable room.
