It's a shame you can only give 5 stars... Small but welcoming environment with Fabiola who welcomes you with a captivating smile and Amazing cocktails made before your eyes!! What can I say: great woman, continue like this and the passion you put into this job can be seen completely!!!

Nonostante il poco spazio disponibile è un ambiente piacevole dove bere drink di qualità preparati con ammmmore dalla titolare. Assolutamente da ritornarci!!

05/03/2025: From Imola I went to Granarolo dell'Emilia to buy Sant'Ilario parma ham (among the best hams ever) from Teddy's butcher's shop. The owner Nicola welcomed me immediately with extreme professionalism and contagious friendliness. He let me taste some of the delicacies available in his shop, making me understand how he definitely focuses on quality and Italian excellence. Wine department equally noteworthy!!! I will be back soon to buy the meat. A warm greeting to Nicola who is certainly now enjoying the successes of his favorite team 👏😉

Ristorante Al Tiro

23/02/2025: Fabulous! We returned here after two years in which we continued to dream of tagliatelle, crescentine, balanzoni, fiordilatte, and the warm welcome of Michele and his family. Everything even better than I remembered! Each dish tells of their love for cooking, the portions are very generous, the ingredients are all of excellent quality, giving space to local producers, from cured meats to mascarpone. It's worth coming to these parts even just for a dinner at Tiro (we returned with the whole family from Florence!). Thanks and... See you next time!
