Very delicious, down-to-earth, and regional food. We had a fantastic asparagus soup, a very fine carpaccio, classic asparagus with ham, and tagliatelle with shrimp, as well as two desserts – every single meal was very, very good. The table next to us was also happy with their choice 😉. And it's located on a great hiking trail (stroller-friendly) between Seiser Alm Camping and Prösels Castle…

We spontaneously went there at the beginning of May and I can only heartily recommend this restaurant! We had a wonderful evening on the terrace with delicious regional wine (which we bought a few bottles of directly from the winery in the neighboring town the next day) and had a seasonal pasta dish with asparagus and shrimp as well as the dish of the day (lamb) and crème brulée as dessert. Everything tasted wonderful, the service was impeccable and the atmosphere was magical with the view of the mountains at sunset. Great value for money!

I don't know what to say apart from the difficulty in reaching it, once there you forget everything and enjoy Anna's kindness and Andrea's cooking. Highly recommended

15/08/2025: Surrounded by greenery, a good starting point for various excursions, the staff are always friendly and helpful, the food and desserts are well-prepared, and the building is recently built. Its strong point is definitely the location and view of the woods. Highly recommended.
14/08/2025: We stopped by the Lanzenschuster for lunch during our vacation. The location is excellent, and the view is fantastic. The service is very friendly and attentive. The food is okay in our opinion, but definitely has room for improvement, especially compared to other huts in the area. There's a small children's playground, and there's plenty of parking.

04/09/2025: We stayed at this inn during a short motorcycle trip. We were able to park the motorcycles in the hotel's own carport. There are also several guest parking spaces in front of the hotel. The inn's location is ideal for motorcycle or bicycle tours. Bolzano can be reached in about 30 minutes. The rooms were modern and exceptionally clean. Rooms can be booked with breakfast only or half board. Dinner a la carte is also available. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. For vegetarians, I would recommend the breakfast option and dinner a la carte. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again.
01/09/2025: Our review focuses on the restaurant, where we had lunch and had a truly top-notch experience, both in terms of food and service. My husband and I shared a portion of truly delicious spinach-filled schlutzkrapfen, followed by a plate of beef cheek with polenta and vegetables, and finally a plate of salmon with grilled vegetables—all beautifully presented and delicious. Congratulations!
