Small restaurant in the Colli Albani area, high-level with open kitchen, helpful and kind Italian staff. Wide range of sushi and noodles, to which are added some delicacies from the daily menu. Perhaps more could be done on the beverage, perhaps by westernizing it a bit, but loyalty to tradition is in any case a good calling card.

Delicious Japanese trattoria! "If you're looking for quality rather than all you can eat, you're in the right place! Small but well-kept restaurant, with an open kitchen (which I love!). Better to book. Excellent food, there isn't a dish that I didn't like. Beers with wonderful labels. To go back several times, maybe on special occasions for those who need to watch the bill. Prices are a little higher than an AYCE, but the quality is really worth it. The only downside: parking is almost impossible. If you can, go by metro!"

Among the most authentic Japanese restaurants in Rome. Unagi is delicious, as are the ramen and the cotton cake. Very kind staff and attentive to customer requests, even the most complex. The price is also really convenient.

Delicious evening at Umami, the Japanese restaurant that won us over! We tried various specialties, from mazamen to tenzaru (cold soba is a real summer cure-all!), to Hibachi grill skewers of diaphragm and chicken. Everything was delicious, fresh and carefully presented. The atmosphere is relaxing, with pleasant background music, and even though the place was full we were able to have a peaceful conversation. The staff was exceptional, helpful and attentive. Excellent value for money too, around €40 per person for a full dinner. Absolutely worth a try!

Very nice place, where my girlfriend and I had dinner. We ordered mozuku seaweed, tasted for the first time, they were really delicious. Afterwards we took gyoza and ramen, really really good. Compliments also to the girl who served us, always very kind and thorough in answering our questions about the preparations. We completed the dinner with hosomaki and cotton cake. The products used were fresh and of quality, the dishes really good and also beautiful. We will definitely come back to try the other things.

The only flaw is the local and the small tables, for the rest I highly recommend it and above all I recommend the dish Duck with vegetables of the day truly DIVINE I highly recommend the real sushi

What can I say, my absolute favorite Japanese restaurant: Umami day is my day of celebration! The menu is always new, but it still has the great classics that must not be missed, a wide selection of drinks to accompany the meal (for which you can ask the owner for advice, who will explain them to you with competence and courtesy). The service is attentive and courteous, sometimes it may have sinned of inexperience but on the other hand you have to have this experience! The quality of the raw materials is unquestionable, as is the mastery of the kitchen in working them and combining them. The owner is adorable: welcoming, knowledgeable, discreet but also available to share his knowledge, should you want to learn more about Japanese culture and cuisine. The prices of some dishes may seem exaggerated, while others seem honest to me. The tofu, the diaphragm skewers and the handmade udon are absolutely worth trying! Well done, well done! Every time it's a joy!
