Umami Beer In Assisi

Umami Umami, you really over did yourself. Came with no expectations, left with wanting 10 more meals from them. Starters, Perfect. If you’ve ever had something Japanese and liked it, then get the Japanese Starters and if you didn’t like the the Japanese thing you tried, still get the Japanese Starters. They were absolute perfection. The onigiri perfect, the rice meat seaweed rap thing perfect and everything else just perfect. Starters alone already get a 5 Stars. Then if that didn’t already satisfy you get the Manila Burger, the meat the onion rings, everything was just perfect. I got it without sweat potatoes so I don’t know how it is with them, but how I got the Burger, it was perfect. Loved Everything so much. If I could I would give a Million Stars, 5 out of 5 would recommend and probably will come again if I’m ever in the area again.

I love this pub, although calling it a pub is an understatement given the sophisticated dishes on the menu. My boyfriend and I dined here three nights in a row, and we would have returned a fourth if our little trip hadn't ended. The food was excellent, with innovative dishes. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful. They also pay great attention to gluten-free options. We hope to return soon. Unfortunately, it's impossible to give more than 5 stars. Keep up the good work, because everything is fantastic. The dishes in the photos are all gluten-free.

A very nice place with a wide selection of dishes to suit all tastes. All the dishes on the menu are unique, unconventional, and delicious. The woman who served us was very kind and cheerful. Prices are average. The only thing that could be improved: I would have added a few more sweet potatoes to accompany the sandwich.

What can I say...after so much hype on social media, I finally managed to eat there. My expectations were confirmed...excellent food, lovely place, friendly and attentive staff. The quality is high...I'll definitely be back again and again. Congratulations!

Japanese-inspired restaurant, it also offers oriental dishes, without neglecting local flavors. Modern and clean restaurant, courteous and fast service. The dishes are very tasty, prepared with care and quality ingredients.

What can I say, my family and I left the dinner enthusiastic. We chose this place almost randomly but not only did we enjoy excellent food prepared with care, imagination and excellent ingredients. The added value was certainly the cordiality, friendliness and professionalism of the two waiters who deserve all our compliments and thanks
