The place is very beautiful, it wants to remember the ryokan and the Japanese zen gardens. I did not appreciate the slowness in bringing the dishes (ordered all you can eat, it took them 2 hours to finish bringing us the dishes of the first order. For the wine instead, 20 seconds after the order they were with us). It is probably a strategy to not make people eat so much despite the 29 euros per person paid for the all you can eat.

La scorsa settimana sono una stata un giorno in gita a Bologna e ho optato per questo ristorante per pranzare con mio marito.
Molto vicino al centro, il locale è molto bello esteticamente, le luci sono un pò soffuse ma si riesce comunque a sopportare.
Il servizio è stato veloce pur essendo quasi pieno, camerieri gentili che parlano bene l'italiano, il bagno era pulitissimo.
Un pò più caro nella media dei ristoranti all you can eat ma ne vale la pena

I have been going to Umami for over 10 years and it is always a guarantee of quality and satisfaction.
The sushi, the raw and cooked fish, the prawns, the prawns, the cereal and vegetable options: everything is very fresh, carefully prepared and delicious. Each dish tells of passion and attention to detail. The staff is impeccable: friendly, professional, always ready to make the experience perfect.

In my opinion the best sushi in Bologna. Always very high quality regardless of the day you visit the restaurant (and I've been there every day now). Nice atmosphere, refined dishes, quick and courteous service. Possibility to book a place in the private rooms for free, an experience to be had. Super recommended.
