Ula Cafe&Bistrot In Ruffano

Food's good, coffee is quite decent. Found the service when picking up to be a bit lacking. Was directed to some shelves to pick up an order. Checked, nothing there in my name, so I waited. And waited and waited, while plenty of other folks came in and picked up their orders. Eventually one of the staff members asked me my name for the order. It had just been sitting there on the counter, out of sight of customers for who knows how long. Pretty annoying, though the staff member did apologize it did little to ameliorate my frustration. Sandwich and baked goods were good though.

I stopped by to buy a latte, it was very delicious, My sandwich. Rich I will return another time for breakfast Inside ,

I loved this cafe, the decoration is very nice, they have the best Ice Matcha and the people very kind.

Loved the vibe. Tried chai latte and ula sunrise sandwich, both were really good.

In general, I’m a big fan of this place and bring friends from out of town here to show them our lovely community. The atmosphere is good, the food is solid, the drip coffee is generally good (but is often room temp by the afternoon which is frustrating), and many of the employees are very kind (Mike is wonderful). One other employee in particular is consistently rude and gives me a huge attitude whenever I walk in, being totally unwelcoming on several occasions. It doesn’t seem isolated to me but it’s hard to not take personally. It doesn’t make me want to come in when this person is working. I thought all were welcome?

I love this place! They got so many options on the menu! Food is good and reasonable price! And always feel warm welcomed whenever I come to this place!

While visiting Boston for the weekend, I came here two days in a row for breakfast because it was just so good the first day that I had to come back! Besides their food & coffee being fantastic, this cafe is clearly a community gem and is worthy of all the support it clearly receives. I wish I had pictures to share of the Ula Sunrise sandwich and the blueberry scone, but they were so good I couldn't stop myself from eating them right away 😅 Definitely check out this cafe if you're staying nearby. They also have a large parking lot!

Best chocolate chip cookies in JP and the staff are great too!!

Wifi is extremely unreliable so be advised that you may not be able to connect at all. Other than that it's great food, drinks, vibes, and decent prices.

Nice small cozy place. Four just because they gave us a hot coffee vs a cold from our two orders.... Definitely go!
