A truly delicious and original place on a side street off Via Sparano! We'd been wanting to try this place's cuisine for a while, and there it was! After a stroll downtown, we found ourselves in front of U'Kor. A fusion restaurant and bar, a mix of Korean and Bari. We ordered five truly tasty and unpronounceable dishes: Kimchi geon (kimchi pancakes), Goki-Mandu (meat dumplings), K-Fried Chicken, Japanese CIE, Bulgoghi Bibimbap, and finally two pieces of Mochi - chocolate and green tea. Everything was delicious, and the staff was really friendly. If there was one thing that didn't particularly impress me, it was the atmosphere: in my opinion, the decor and the music choices were a bit lacking, which I think should reflect the theme of the place a little more.

When you really need some good Asian food after several months in Italy. Come for the happy hour and stay for the tofu seafood soup. Soju!

It's not a generic, improvised "fusion" restaurant, but a restaurant with a strong identity, exuding research and attention to detail. The menu is extensive but thoughtful, with vegetarian and gluten-free options, and a "weekly menu" section that I really appreciated (bonus: the desserts are delicious!). The place is small, quiet, and has a lovely atmosphere. The service is excellent and the waiters are very kind. There's also a cocktail bar with aperitivo options, which I'll definitely try in the future.

I was delighted to discover a Korean restaurant right next to my accommodation while visiting Bari. Fascinated by this city, which is rarely visited by Koreans, I looked further and found two Korean restaurants in Bari. The others seemed entirely run by Chinese owners and had somewhat unusual menus, so naturally, I was drawn to this one, run by a young Korean owner. When I went for dinner, I saw no Koreans, and it was packed with locals. The menu was diverse and the ingredients were unique, so I asked the owner. He explained that he had personally designed the recipes using familiar local ingredients for the locals who were still unfamiliar with Korean cuisine. I was truly impressed by how they had managed to create such delicious dishes while preserving the authentic flavors of Korean food, and I felt proud that they were promoting Korean cuisine abroad. Because I went with other Koreans, we were able to share a variety of dishes, and we were truly satisfied with everything we ordered. On the way home, I got hungry, so I thought about the food I left behind because I was too full last night, and the very kind owner and staff, so I'm hesitating to leave a review~^^

First of all, you don't need anything else; this is a must-visit Korean restaurant when you visit Bari. The owner, with his deep commitment to Korean cuisine, creates a diverse menu with a localized approach, meticulously crafting every dish. Every single dish, including the sauces, is handmade by him. He even hand-makes the kimchi, dumplings, hotteok (Korean pancakes), and yakgwa (Korean sweets). Of all the Korean restaurants I've visited in Italy over the past decade, whenever I've missed Korean food, this one has captured the essence of Korean cuisine the most. It also offers Puglian-style fusion cuisine, making it the first Korean restaurant in southern Italy to reinterpret Korean cuisine. Must-try dishes include the Puglian-style kimchi stew for fusion cuisine, and the meat dumplings and bulgogi bibimbap for authentic Korean cuisine. And don't forget to try the kimchi—it's incredibly refreshing and rich! I'm a sucker for good food, so while I've always tried the same dishes, I'm confident the other dishes will be equally delicious. I'm confident you'll be satisfied with your meal when you visit Bari.

Very nice and welcoming place, smiling, professional and attentive staff (maybe even a little too much 😅) dishes full of flavour and particular, the only flaws are the location right in the centre so it's difficult to find a table, prices a little high.
