Ubaldo Restaurant & Pizza In Grumello del monte

Ubaldo's Sunday pizza was a truly wonderful surprise. For €15, you get pizza, a drink, and artisanal gelato: it's hard to find better. The Neapolitan pizza is well-made, light, and tasty, and the gelato to finish is also excellent. Quick service and friendly staff. Congratulations, we'll definitely be back.

We frequent this place for aperitifs or snacks and have always had a great time. The products are delicious, and the service is always fast and friendly. We always recommend it to guests of our nearby vacation home, and we recommend it to anyone reading this.

We had pizza for dinner. The place is very nice, with internal parking. Upon entering the room, it seemed like a nice place. Unfortunately, the chair at the table was dirty and was changed after we pointed it out. It doesn't matter, it happens! However, the staff is very friendly. As for pizza, I'd say the menu is varied, but I didn't find the pizza exceptional. It doesn't resemble Neapolitan pizza as they make it out to be. The crust is very full/heavy and not very well-risen, it felt like rubber, while the ingredients are very good and high-quality. I don't think we'll go back if they use that kind of pizza dough.

Dessert is too expensive 8 euros for a sorbet and the cover charge

I'll start by saying that the evening was complicated by the "climate" at our table, and I apologize to the staff. However, the quality of the food cannot be ignored. The risotto was bland and poorly plated, the tomahawk meat was raw and stringy, the hare stew was dry and flavorless, the mushrooms were cold... the cake was good. The location was very beautiful, but the quality of the food was merely adequate.

I ate cod with polenta, it reminded me of my mother's, delicious.

A very interesting restaurant, like all over Italy, with excellent staff and good Italian food.

We had our wedding party here and we come back every year for our anniversary, everything is always delicious, recommended.
