Characteristic and rural place, good food, excellent service

Last night, we went to dinner with friends at the old bakery. It's always a culinary gem, offering a wide selection of appetizers, from cured meats to excellent cheeses, including mozzarella and ricotta, and finally grilled mushrooms. For our main course, I opted for a mixed roast platter, and the guys had an excellent wood-fired pizza. To finish, the desserts were artisanal.

This osteria makes you feel at home. Excellent food and welcoming staff. Recommended, and I'll definitely be back.

We arrived without a reservation, ate and drank (including dessert and espresso), and had a house Primitivo wine – everything was delicious, very friendly, classic cuisine. We'll be back!

We live in Venice but have Apulian roots. For years, whenever we return to Puglia, we've been a regular at this wonderful place. Besides the amazing food (the juiciest grill I've ever had), they're incredibly kind and professional, and the prices are excellent. We were there today, and Arianna and I can't wait to go back.

A nice, traditional atmosphere spread across two floors (the one on level -1 has no restroom). The restaurant doesn't appear to be handicapped accessible because there are 4 or 5 steps to enter, but it's possible it has other entrances. It's located in a restricted traffic zone, so be careful when entering; you may have to walk there. The restrooms are clean. Friendly staff, but the owner is a bit pushy. Excellent appetizers, average first courses with sauces based on the same ingredients, but with one or two different ingredients added. Excellent carpaccio. The mixed grilled meats were neither excellent nor infamous, with "poor" cuts of pork capocollo, 3 lamb ribs, and sausage. Desserts aren't their strong point. The prices are in line with what's offered. The 4-star rating is especially for the excellent Primitivo!
