A small but typical restaurant. The host is very friendly, as are the chefs. The food was excellent, from appetizers to first courses, main courses, and desserts. I highly recommend it to anyone passing through Favara! I felt right at home.

Dirty tablecloths and tons of flies. It's just some kind of cafeteria for locals; calling it a restaurant is a stretch. Prices are average, just like anywhere else. The octopus with potatoes was simply reheated, not cooked on the spot. Parking is free after 8:00 PM.

We had a wonderful dinner at this restaurant in the historic center of Favara. The owner provides friendly and courteous service. A highly recommended trattoria for traditional Sicilian food.

It was recommended to us and its reputation was confirmed. Typical, tasty and impeccable cuisine, service with very welcoming and attentive locals, and we ate on the terrace chatting with other customers. A rich experience and one to be valued!

We ate dinner here and it was so good we went back for lunch on our last day in Favara (we did plan to have dinner there again but sadly Giuseppe closes on Thursday evenings in the autumn). Superb food in the traditional Sicilian style. Two courses will be more than enough for all but the most gluttonous. For food and service you won't find better.

We arrived there by chance, but what a joy, a typical, home-cooked restaurant. The staff and owner were super friendly. The owner let us taste the bread dipped in salted oil and the homemade piperade. We found ourselves chatting with two other couples on the terrace. It was a great evening.

01/03/2026: Excellent pastry shop, wide selection of products, clean and well-organized environment. Gluten- and lactose-free products (both sweet and savory, and bread) are clearly displayed in a separate display case, so be careful not to contaminate them. Last but not least, the staff is kind, polite, and friendly.
20/02/2026: There are no words...years and years of eating sweets all over Sicily without knowing that perfection was there...just a few steps away...in Sciacca. For me, the best pastry shop in Sicily, I ate the best Genovese of my life... as well as unparalleled almond desserts. Mr. Franco, the owner, was very kind... The lady at the counter and all the staff were exquisite. Thank you so much, my taste buds are still thumping with joy.
