22/08/2025: The reviews were promising, so we had high hopes. Unfortunately, we can't share the previous rave reviews.
We paid €120 for a starter and main course (2 adults, 3 children). We started with antipasti of cold cuts, cheese, and olives. The olives and cheese weren't good, and the meat looked like it came from a supermarket package. One of the waitresses asked us three times during our meal if we were finished (um, no) and took our plates away from under our noses before we'd even finished our meal.
Then came three excellent steaks with two "salads": half a head of chopped iceberg lettuce was supposed to be a green salad, and a bowl of roughly chopped, unripe tomatoes was the tomato salad. These weren't salads, but chopped vegetables in a bowl for €4 each, grossly overpriced and not tasty as they were. We also had two OK pizzas, one of which was served so late that our youngest tablemate nearly fell asleep. So we decided to take the whole pizza home.
The service was generally friendly and did their best.
I think we were also a bit unlucky because a very large group had made reservations for a birthday dinner, which was quite noisy and crowded. This made it almost impossible for us to have a conversation, so we quickly wanted to leave.
All in all: the food was OK, but certainly not 5-star in our opinion. The salads and antipasti, in particular, were really subpar.

I chose the Roman-style calzone with Parma ham: simply exceptional! 👌
The staff is professional, attentive, and always available, while the owners are friendly and know how to pamper their customers and make them feel at home.
The pizzas are made with a top-quality dough, light and tasty, and the atmosphere is refined and attentive down to every detail.
A truly pleasant experience: I'll definitely be back!
