We had dinner and ordered a sublime seafood risotto. I also ordered the basil-flavored trenette with shrimp and calamari, which wasn't quite as good for me because, rather than a hint of basil behind the fish, I could clearly detect a hint of pesto that overpowered the fish's flavor. I then ordered the lemon-flavored sea bass (good and delicate) and a mouth-watering baked sea bream. Overall, my review is positive; the fish is fresh and the service attentive.

I visited Osteria U Bucun Dù Prève in Borgio and had a truly wonderful time. The place is welcoming and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. The dishes are prepared with quality ingredients, beautifully presented, and excellent value. A place with an authentic and convivial atmosphere, definitely worth a visit.

20/07/2025: We had 2 nights in July 2025. Beautiful room, with fresco. Very authentic. Cozy garden. The hostess was super sweet and welcoming, the sommelier was very knowledgeable and charming and the chef was brilliant. We had their tasting menu the first night, wonderful food, everything was really delicious. The second night we chose their vegetarian tasting menu and were blown away by a cold melon soup, it was fantastic. My warmest recommendations for both accommodation and dinner. Thank you Fif, a lovely stay
05/07/2025: My mother has been their customer for a long time, but it was my first time and I must say that it is a first time that will not be forgotten. Excellent food with excellent quality raw materials. Excellent combinations, refined, you can see that there is real attention. The environment is intimate and elegant but does not create any kind of discomfort. Excellent service
