We went to Twist for a birthday party and had a great time. Fun show, welcoming and friendly environment, professional and attentive staff, excellent all-round service. Perfect for a party or evening with friends, but not only.

The best cafe!! The accommodation I was staying at said they would serve breakfast at this cafe, so I went there. The staff were friendly, and we were each provided with drinks, coffee, and bread. The coffee was delicious, and the bread was really great. The chocolate bread was really good. And the honey croissant was truly the most delicious I've ever eaten. Next time I go to Florence, I will definitely come to this cafe! It is the best cafe with a bright and cheerful atmosphere that hosts various performances and is frequented by locals❤ Highly recommended!!

An unmissable stop in a day in Florence. Lunch, dinner or aperitif. Furnished in an original and unique way, beautiful atmosphere, super professional staff, quality and excellent choice. And then if there's an evening with Miss Flo you'll get to the top! Stopping here is a pleasure!

After reading so many price-sensitive reviews of Twist Bistrot in Florence, I felt compelled to share mine. To be fair, I’m American, and when I travel, I don’t focus on prices—I’m all about the experience. Maybe I’m not your average American. My husband and I wandered in late one night—maybe a Sunday or Monday (too much wine on that trip to keep track). The guy working behind the counter? Absolutely adorable and incredibly welcoming. The vibe here is cozy and unique, more like a charming coffee shop than a full-on bistro. If you’re expecting the kind of queer spaces you’d find in NYC or CDMX, you’ll need to adjust and embrace the local flavor—Florence’s LGBTQ+ spots are smaller, more intimate, and reflective of the city’s own rhythm. The food was good—we had a sandwich and some wine, a perfect late-night snack. Sadly, I didn’t get the name of the staff member, but he deserves all the credit for making the experience warm and memorable. The decor is quirky and fun, and I couldn’t help but wish we’d come back for breakfast instead of stopping by so late. If I had planned better, maybe I would’ve known the perfect time to visit, but all in all, Twist Bistrot was a gem in its own way. Go in with an open mind, savor the local vibe, and enjoy the moment.

Bistrot unico ed originale. Ambiente e cortesia sublime. Titolare simpaticissimo: l’istrionico Franco. Personale: di una cortesia estrema, tra loro il fuoriclasse per stile e simpatia: Andrea. Caffè ottimo. Insalate di qualità. Si possono fare colazioni, pranzi ed anche aperitivi. CONSIGLIATISSIMO.

Avevamo già conosciuto Flo durante una festa di matrimonio di amici e già l’avevo apprezzata tantissimo, ieri finalmente insieme ad amici e mio marito siamo riusciti ad andare a vedere il suo spettacolo e me ne sono letteralmente innamorata. È uno spettacolo divertente e come ama dire lei stessa, adatto a qualsiasi tipo di pubblico da 0 a 99 anni insomma. Il locale è piccolo ma c’è posto per tutti e se non c’è si trova sul marciapiede, l’atmosfera è quella di stare in una grande famiglia, veramente entri sconosciuto ed esci che hai una ventina di amici in più. Flo ha un carisma una simpatia e professionalità che poche volte si incontrano. Due ore volano e non vorresti più andartene,interpreta pezzi musicali storici con una bravura e costumi eccezionali, allusiva a volte simpaticissima sempre volgare mai. Comunque le emozioni non si raccontano, si vivono quindi vi consiglio veramente di passare una serata in questo locale, dove per altro abbiamo anche cenato molto bene.
