Roman tavern with seating under a covered veranda. Menu made up of traditional foods, portions a little smaller than the average in Rome, but with a good taste. Friendly service.

23/05/2025: A place in the heart of San Lorenzo, with modern and well-kept furnishings. They have a wide selection of cocktails, to pair with the delicious menu items, for an aperitif or dinner. The cocktails are really well made, even in take away format: Hugo Spritz made to perfection. The quality/price ratio is excellent and the staff is kind and helpful.

11/05/2025: I had an incredible experience at Zi Pina. The food was absolutely delicious — everything from the fresh salad to the perfectly cooked pasta was spot on. The staff were extremely kind and attentive. Even though there was no English menu and they didn’t speak fluent English, they made every effort to communicate clearly and politely. One small but lovely detail: they asked if I wanted the salad and pasta served together or separately — such thoughtful service! As a solo traveler, I felt truly welcomed and respected here. Highly recommend this place for both the food and the warmth of the people.
