Tuscié In Vetralla

We went to this pizzeria last Saturday for dinner. We had a really good time, the staff was knowledgeable and attentive to their customers, and the girl who served us, Ilaria, was truly professional yet kind and always smiling! The pizza was delicious! Highly recommended!! See you next week!

The service, courtesy, and food were all excellent...three stars for the atmosphere, because having eaten outside on August 15th, because it was full inside, we suffered from the heat because they don't have refrigerators in the outdoor area... Just a couple of fans...

Abbiamo festeggiato la Prima Comunione di nostro figlio, quindi pranzo con antipasto,primi, secondi contorni dolce e via dicendo. FANTASTICO!! qualità dei prodotti eccellente! Ad inizio antipasto ci hanno portato un aperitivo di benvenuto (tipico da parte loro accogliere i clienti con una bevanda fredda o calda a seconda dell’occasione) è una coccola che non passa inosservata! Antipasto di pesce e terra buonissimo. Primi piatti e secondi di alta qualità con belle porzioni, cura delle presentazioni degne di “stelline”! Il dolce …. Quando ci hanno proposta la red velvet ho detto subito SI! Non la solita torta ma qualcosa di divino, apprezzata da tutti grandi e piccini!! ( I dolci sarebbero da provare tutti uni meglio dell’altro!!) Bevande non sono mai mancate , puntualmente ravvivate e questo aspetto per me è fondamentale per non avere l’idea di “cercare sempre l’acqua” Infine passo all’aspetto della cura del cliente… siamo stati coccolati, come in famiglia, mai invadenti , educati e gentili sia il personale che i proprietari super disponibili! Noi torneremo sicuramente …

A Cura di Vetralla, ho vissuto una piacevole sorpresa culinaria. I piatti gourmet, curati nei minimi dettagli, erano un’esplosione di sapori e colori. Ogni portata raccontava una storia, unendo tradizione e innovazione con grande maestria. Il servizio impeccabile e l’atmosfera intima hanno reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. Una scoperta che merita di essere condivisa e ricordata.
