Quiet place in the Cure di Vetralla area. The starter was affordable but the first course and the fried food honestly didn't satisfy me at all. Especially the mixed fried squid that were undercooked and hard seemed to be made of rubber, therefore their freshness leaves serious doubts. Medium-high prices.....

I was invited here to celebrate a birthday. Nice atmosphere and friendly staff. I tried the dish of the day, tagliolini with prawns and 'nduja. For those who love spicy like me they are an absolute must try, I found them very good!

Ci siamo trasferiti da poco da Roma . Per noi è stata la seconda volta (la prima solo io e mia moglie per prova, il locale ci era stato segnalato da nostri conoscenti) e questa volta insieme a nostra figlia ed al compagno. Veramente ottimo. delizioso antipasto tagliere di salumi e formaggi e primi con pasta fatti in casa davvero ottimi ed abbondanti. Ottimi i dolci. Ci torneremo spesso

We went for a mountain bike ride in the Monte Fogliano forest and arrived at this restaurant attracted by the favorable reviews, which were fully confirmed. We were received with courtesy and a glass of aperitif. We soon have some good appetizers and I chose the first course of "Tuscietti fantasia di mare", absolutely amazing, which I recommend tasting! My friends chose another delicious first course and green pepper meat and several side dishes and were not so happy with their choice, even though the meat was still good. We had the Baladin draft beer which we really like. The dessert was delicious, I recommend one based on white chocolate, amazing. The service was quite fast and very attentive and kind. In total we spent a little less than 40 euros each.

Il ristorante si trova vicinissimo al centro abitato. Ha un parcheggio proprio di fronte al locale (cosa comodissima, soprattutto per chi ha passeggini, perché oggi pioveva). L’atmosfera è confortevole, l’ambiente è semplice ma curato. Il personale è molto educato e cordiale. Abbiamo preso un antipasto classico (tagliere misto) ma il pezzo forte era la pasta fatta in casa, con porzioni abbondanti. I dolci erano molto buoni, soprattutto il classico tiramisù. Abbiamo trascorso una bella domenica insieme, vicino alla stufa calda e la pioggia fuori. Da rifare.

20/08/2024: Les pizzas ici sont délicieuses, je vous recommande la Bufalina, la pâte est fait maison et les pizzas sont servis avec une pâte fine et croustillante grâce à sa cuisson au four. Le rapport qualité/prix est super, car vous en avez pour 7/8€ pour la grande pizza ! Je vous recommande fortement ce restaurant pour une restauration rapide, simple, bonne, maison et économique ! Les burgers n’étaient pas maison et la viande sûrement surgelé, mais ce sont surtout les pizzas qui importent ici.

29/08/2024: Incredibly pleasant experience, during the hazelnut festival. Excellent food, plentiful and genuine. Friendly and attentive service. We will be back.
22/08/2024: Trip out of town from Rome, discovering the beautiful Villa Farnese. Lunch time we find this splendid place, which at first sight is hidden, but then going down the ramp, you arrive in this immense place that was created from an ancient cellar... hence the name of the place. I took a small house starter, but the wonderful thing is the first courses. There are so many dishes that I would have liked to try them all. We took the red daisies with gorgonzola cream, speck and walnuts SPECTACULAR and ravioli filled with artichoke cream with mushrooms and truffles. But believe me, there are many other tasty and innovative first courses. For the second course I only had an entrecôte also here with gorgonzola cream. For dessert, hazelnut tiramisu, being Caprarola, a town that produces them. The wine was from neighboring Umbria. Excellent service. High cost but it's all for the quality!
