27/01/2026: One of the best pastry chefs in the Marche region. Authentic Italian croissants, notes of butter, milk, and orange blossom, homemade bomboloni! Not frozen by multinationals. Excellent quality in both sweet and savory dishes, just like the true pastry chefs of old. It's hard to find an authentic pastry shop these days that doesn't use purely industrial products and fillings, only thinking about profit. Good espresso, balanced ratio of quality Arabica and Robusta beans, the latter providing more robust caffeine and crema, counteracting the delicate, acidic, and more susceptible to processing Arabica beans. The beans are roasted using a monk's robe, medium/delicate and not burnt, the Masini blend is an excellent choice. Thank you for what you do.
