I had a delicious shawarma at this place today. The flatbread is thin and tender, all the sauces are fresh and light, the vegetables for the filling are freshly chopped, and the owner didn't let me leave the place until I'd fried up a generous amount of chicken filling. They take their craft seriously, and it really shows.
