Really a fantastic meal and exceptional service. One of the most creative meals we had during our time in turin. The sommelier that we had was fantastic, coming up with some great pairings.

An exquisite treatment by the sommelier, who also allowed us to speak Italian and made the effort to assess it. Option to choose a menu and not do the same for the entire table. Thus we had the option of trying practically the entire menu or at least a good part of it. The parmesan crem brule with pumpkin was a simple and very good dish. The traditional plin of beef stew does not have to envy any other pasta in the city. And the round of guinea fowl in its juice is also worth mentioning. The dessert with its proposal of warm rice pudding was not as tasty to me as the rest of the meal but this on a personal note.

We eat a lot, but very well. There was a small problem regarding the tasting of the wine, but the sommelier explained his point of view to us.

Thanks to a friend who came to visit us from outside the region, we opted for this little restaurant in the streets of the historic center of Turin. Quality food, well cooked and presented, a pleasure to see and taste. The attentive service, you can see that they like doing this job, we felt welcomed and pampered. Among other things, there was a small error when paying the bill, but which was promptly resolved in the days following the dinner without affecting the wonderful experience we had and, indeed, confirming what we felt during the dinner. Kindness, attention to detail and attention to the customer! Absolutely recommended, we will be back soon!

I menu’ sono buoni. Il locale veramente carino. Quello che non ho gradito è stato il dover per forza consigliare del vino, senza poter consultare la carta. Ci sono stati portati al tavolo 3 bottiglie di vino bianco ( nonostante continuassimo a chiedere la carta)e alla fine abbiamo scelto l’ arneis ma sinceramente con i menù presi avrei preferito un bel rosso. A volte il troppo storpia. Se non fosse stato per questa situazione avrei dato 5 stelle.

I have known Tuorlo for years and it has never disappointed me: refined cuisine and refined environments are its peculiarities. The last time we went, however, the service was an absolute disaster. Apart from a few small oversights such as the chef's welcome prepared for one less person, the bread that took 40 minutes to be brought and the small pastry that arrived well after the coffees, we had a terrible time with the waiter/sommelier with the black curls. With his pompous and arrogant manner, we couldn't understand anything of what he was saying, instead of explaining the dishes he complained that he was tired and had been working for 10 hours ("the onion treated in 150 different ways"), we asked for advice on a wine and we got an abstract and summary description ("they are two fantastic guys, the wine is very fresh, they're all pissed off" - which grape is it? Who knows), aimed at making us feel stupid and inexperienced. From a chic and refined environment, it made Tuorlo an annoying place from which we couldn't wait to leave.

Very good experience. 100% recommended. The very friendly and close service. Good wine recommendations. Very complete menus. I went with my partner and we were able to order two different menus, which allowed us to try a greater variety of dishes, which was a success. Correct price

I could return to Turin just to eat here: an ancient, elegant building, delicious food, beautifully made, with quality ingredients, very well presented, top-quality wines. All extremely harmonious and pleasant. Impeccable service
