Tuorlo Vino e Cucina In Torino

The name "Tuorlo" wouldn't have drawn me to this restaurant; it was the Michelin Guide and "The Fork" that first drew my attention. And I was lucky! We spent a culinary evening with a delicious Piedmontese menu, accompanied by great bread and outstanding wine. The young, dedicated team looked after us wonderfully. Highly recommended!

Excellent experience. A refined restaurant with an entirely young staff. And so are the dishes: tradition respected with a very refined and balanced youthful twist. Very good!

We've arrived... Welcome with kindness The girl escorts us to the table and recommends the best dishes on the menu They bring water and wine When the bread is brought, it's a triumph: Warm, crispy bread with butter whipped with sparkling water and wholemeal salt, and a seeded wafer. Appetizer: The veal with tuna sauce is actually a tender and delicious carpaccio rolled with kazzobushi and Maldon salt inside. The crème brûlée is lamb, pumpkin, and parmesan (it tastes like crème brûlé). Main course Plin filled with three roasts on a memorable brown base 🔝 Breaded diaphragm with crumbled breadsticks and leek/spring onion, presented as medium rare steak. Dessert Apple pie, zabaglione, and burnt meringue... remarkable Bubbles from the Alta Langa... you can never go wrong 🥂 We'd love to come back. Very good Total for two people: €120

What can I say? An experience that exceeded expectations in every way. Food: quality ingredients combined with the chefs' expertise to create excellent dishes (the fettuccine stole my heart). Wines: Make sure to pair them! You won't be disappointed. Service: We were fortunate enough to meet Emily, who accompanied us throughout the evening, explaining the dishes and wines in a highly professional manner, yet without losing her trademark passion. (Thanks also to Catherine—I hope I didn't misspell her name—for her professionalism and smile.) Definitely one to add to your list of restaurants to try! We'll definitely be back ❤️

A questionable experience. Perhaps a place that looks impressive but is a bit disappointing. Dinner outside on the terrace, nice but perhaps too dark, making it really difficult to see the dishes. We ordered two different tasting menus, none of which were particularly impressive, and others were bland. The staff were kind and helpful, but inefficient (about a half-hour wait to order, and other minor issues). A place worth trying, but I wouldn't return.

We sat in the atmospheric courtyard. The service was super friendly, and the "Green" menu was the best vegetarian menu I've ever had in Italy. It was accompanied by a very good Barbera. A fantastic experience, highly recommended!

This restaurant offers traditional Piedmontese dishes with a more sophisticated twist. The salted butter served with bread as an appetizer was very good, whipped to a crisp and very unique. The meat was good quality, the vegetables expertly grilled, although my favorite dish was the risotto. The portions were quite generous.
