The courtesy and preparation of the staff are certainly a plus point of this delightful restaurant which revisits tradition with intelligence and competence. I was allowed to create a fourth menu not on the menu because I wanted to combine some dishes and I was able to enjoy everything I wanted to order without restrictions. The service is punctual and never intrusive, the furnishings modern but with a touch of vintage personality. Highly recommended to taste Piedmontese cuisine in a modern key. P.s.: the porcini ice cream covered in chocolate is a simply brilliant idea!

Ambiente accogliente ed informale, servizio attento, piatti tradizionali rivisitati e ricercati. Ottimi. Vini altrettanto. Ambiente piccolo ma confortevole, molto consigliato per cena di coppia o con amici. Bravi !!!

I had dinner at Tuorlo on the occasion of the anniversary with my girlfriend and it was a wonderful experience. The menus offered present refined and quality dishes at an excellent quality-price ratio. The staff were warm and professional, made us feel welcome and explained each dish clearly. At dessert they made the writing "happy anniversary" appear on my girlfriend's plate, of their own free will, and it was an attention that really pleased us, not everyone. We will definitely be back, absolutely recommended!

Good food and nice location…. But the service from the waiter needs to be reviewed. I would recommend doing his job and not being an entertainer.... He chooses the wine independently for the pure pleasure of opening the bottle and not the one indicated by me ... he constantly interrupts the conversation between the diners ... I recommend being a barman for the skills he has and not a waiter

Everything was perfect + an excellent Barolo 2012.

The agnolotti del plin are very particular, thanks to the marrow and saffron.

Pranzo in famiglia per festeggiare il mio compleanno. Abbiamo provato i due menù degustazione. Lo chef ha sicuramente una buona preparazione e l'offerta è curiosa: i piatti del menù Pop sono più estrosi negli accostamenti, quelli del menù più tradizionale sono rivisitazioni interessanti. Tuttavia, al gusto, non possiamo dire che ci abbiamo soddisfatto appieno, mancava un po' di sapore. Ci sono dunque margini di miglioramento, a nostro parere. Anche nel servizio, cordiale e simpatico, ma un poco carente (nel versare il vino, non si possono fare così tante macchie...)
