Beautiful location, characteristic of Alto Adige, impeccable service, they've been treating us to delightful evenings for years.
Always high-quality products thanks to chef Gerardo Spinelli's selection of ingredients, a very extensive wine list, and knowledgeable and professional staff. We thank waiters Luca and Jennifer for their attentive service to every table.
What can I say.... Highly recommended, and everyone was great!

Definitely worth the hype! Tubladel was absolutely fantastic. The flavors in each dish were perfectly paired and thoughtfully balanced you can truly taste the care that goes into their cuisine.
The service was excellent as well, which made the entire experience even more enjoyable. We would absolutely come back.

A wonderful experience. Excellent traditional food, prepared with quality ingredients. The atmosphere is very quaint, warm, and welcoming, perfect for fully immersing yourself in the local atmosphere. I highly recommend this experience and will gladly repeat it.

I was at the Tubladel with my daughter during our winter holidays. The restaurant impressed us with its very cozy atmosphere, the quality of the food and the service (the staff were very friendly . Highly recommended for a Dolomites experience.

Entering here means stepping back in time, into an environment that reflects the place with respect and authenticity, tastefully curated without ever losing its soul. Every detail speaks of identity and tradition, without being forced.
The service is light and impeccable, prompt but never rushed, making you feel welcomed and pampered from start to finish.
The dishes arrive like small paintings: vibrant colors, elegant presentation, balance and harmony evident from the first bite.
Special attention is also paid to gluten-free dishes (per my request).
Excellent wine list
Definitely an experience that lingers, not only in taste but also in the memory.

I found the service sloppy. I had to ask for wine or coffee several times. No special attention was given to my wife's birthday, which had been announced in advance.
