Superlative dinner, top-quality ingredients, and dishes that transport you to another dimension. I've never tasted such delicious speck. The first and second courses were also excellent, and the tiramisu was top-notch.
The entire staff was friendly and professional.

Over rated for the price and google comments. Probably because it is very popular among the tourists, the service is not attentive and welcoming. Price and dish size is more on the “fine dining” side, but the service and quality is not.

Positive experience. The chef was affable and humorous. The service was above average. The wine list was interesting. The food was good and...abundant: excellent ravioli, excellent shank, and ribs that enveloped and astonished you. However, on the palate, you discovered a lack of balance between the ingredients; the mustard flavor prevailed, to the detriment of the excellent meat. On the plus side, only the well-grilled ribs remained. Worth repeating, even though we, coming from out of town and from the south, had to choose the 6:30 PM seating, almost like a snack. Not a good time.

An excellent experience at the best restaurant in Ortisei and the surrounding area. Four of us had lunch and ordered three appetizers: tartare, fried shrimp, and tirtlen stuffed with creamed spinach.
The three appetizers were truly exceptional, with an honorable mention for the incredibly crispy and flavorful shrimp paired with the sauces.
The main courses we ordered were: pappardelle with venison ragù and porcini mushrooms, gnocchi with black truffle, risotto with yellow datterino tomatoes, burrata, and speck, and an 800g beef rib eye.
The main courses were simply sublime. The ribeye steak melted in your mouth and was cooked to perfection, served on a charcoal grill to keep it warm, with a side of absolutely delicious baked potatoes and sour cream. The best dish was the risotto, which perfectly blended the delicate flavors of the datterino tomatoes and the truly exceptional burrata. The pappardelle with venison ragù was very flavorful and neither too juicy nor too dry. Finally, the truffle gnocchi were delicate despite the truffle, which gave the dish its character without overpowering the flavor.
Finally, we ordered two desserts to share, a pleasure both for the eyes and the palate. The tiramisu was simply fantastic, every spoonful a delight. The panna cotta, on the other hand, was a soft caress for the palate, soft and just the right amount of sweet, like swallowing sweet-and-sour soap bubbles. The panna cotta was so beautifully presented that I almost hated to eat it.
If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Besides the excellent food, the service was punctual, attentive, and very friendly. All this with an exceptional view of the Dolomites in a stunning, all-wood location, with both indoor and outdoor dining—simply stunning.
Highly recommended to anyone passing through Ortisei. The price is appropriate for the quality of the food and service; it might be a little high, but it's worth every penny.
I hope they get a Michelin star soon.

Everything was very welcoming and the food was delicious. We were a very diverse and unusual group (3 adults, 2 girls, 2 dogs), and they immediately made us feel at ease, finding us a very nice table that was also a bit apart from the others.

I highly recommend making a reservation, as the restaurant operates two shifts and is almost always busy. The beef tartare is excellent, although I personally found the teriyaki sauce a bit too overpowering. The zucchini flowers are exceptional, and the pork shank is truly remarkable—plentiful and flavorful—and the ravioli (the dish of the day) were a real surprise. There's a wide selection of wines, although the prices are quite high. Overall, a positive experience: I recommend it!

Ci siamo regalati una cena al Tubladel - come già più volte in passato quando abbiamo soggiornato a Ortisei - e a tavola ci siamo goduti i seguenti piatti: Insalata Tubladel con semi di zucca e mirtilli secchi (11 euro), Tirtlen (ravioli tipici ripieni di spinaci a 9 euro), Tartare di manzo con salsa leggera al rafano e teryaki (23 euro come antipasto da 100 gr, 27 porzione normale da 150 gr), Tagliata di manzo con carciofi grigliati e purea di sedano rapa (35 euro), Filetto di cervo con crema di mele, scalogno ai frutti rossi, indivia belga e mandorle tostate (35 euro) e per dessert una Tuile croccante con amarene e cremoso alla vaniglia (13 euro). Tutto molto buono, con carni tenere come il burro se non addirittura di più e le pietanze che sono state accompagnate da vari tipi di birra. Servizio attento e cortese da parte del personale, il che è un ulteriore atout. Da qui il punteggio di cinque su cinque, ampiamente meritato, perciò ci torneremo, quando saremo di nuovo a Ortisei. Un punto in meno lo darei però per il ricambio fra i clienti fra un turno e l'altro che è risultato un po' troppo caotico per i miei gusti - noi ci siamo prenotati a cena per il secondo turno - e il coperto di 3 euro a persona, gabella abituale in Italia ma che a me non andrà mai giù, ma proprio mai e men che meno in locali come il Tubladel e altri di qualità. Altra nota: eravamo in quattro e il cestino del pane non era propriamente abbondante e un secondo l'avrebbero fatto pagare 3 euro, se del caso. Queste note negative, per così dire, non hanno però inficiato la nostra esperienza culinaria, motivo per cui resto al punteggio massimo di 5 su 5. Infatti, desideravamo mangiare bene e così è stato, con le promesse che sono state mantenute ancora una volta su tutta la linea. Se però si migliorassero pure questi aspetti, non sarebbe male.

Ristorante che conosco da anni, ha mantenuto un alto livello di cucina ed è persino migliorato! Intimo, accogliente, cucina ottima, addirittura il pesce ma preferisco i piatti tipici, originalissimi nella rivisitazione in veste moderna. Personale gentilissimo. Consigliato. Prezzi sopra la media ma il rapporto qualità prezzo rimane alto. Al prossimo anno!!
