Absolutely a must-try in Ortise! 💲 Credit cards are accepted. 🍝 I ordered the truffle fettuccine (Tagliatelle al Tartufo), which had a rich, creamy flavor, tiramisu, and the must-try floral liqueur, Gewürztraminer. Overall, it made for a wonderful dinner. 💁‍♀️ The ambiance is a charming wooden cabin style, very characteristic of the local area. Every staff member was incredibly warm, friendly, and full of smiles, showing great respect for their profession. 👍 Reservations are a must. It would be a real shame to come all this way and not get a table. It gets very crowded, so without a reservation, you'll only have a short time to enjoy your meal. In Europe and America, table turnover isn't a priority; your seat is reserved for you during the entire meal.

Everything is very good! The food is excellent, there's even a daily menu. The interior is simple. A bit pricey!

Well, the food is amazing. I would recommend, be prepared to pay for the experience. I don’t like being pampered or called sir, so I guess this was the only let down…… my wife and daughter shared the steak fillet which was magic and I enjoyed the pork. Finished with some local grappa which went down a treat.

We have tried 4-5 places in town, and Tubladel is the best! You definitely need to reserve in advance. Walk-in is no chance, the place is always fully booked. We had pasta and filet steak. Both were great esp. steak, the meat was so tender, almost melting in the mouth.

A guarantee... A real pleasure every time! I recommend trying it❤️

Tubladel era el mejor restaurante de toda nuestra estancia. El servicio fue excepcionalmente bueno y la comida era deliciosa. Hay que hacer reservas con antelación, pero vale la pena el esfuerzo. Comimos en la zona del porche delantero cerrado que tenía un ambiente encantador. Muy recomendable.

In vacanza ad Ortisei abbiamo cenato presso il Ristorante Tubladel. Ottima esperienza: servizio gentile e premuroso, piatti ben impiattati, gustosi e di giusta misura. Ambiente curato. Prezzo in linea con quanto proposto. Tartare, stinco e linguine molto buone.
