The best dinner made in Piedmont. Familiar and welcoming environment with Fabio who is an all-rounder: from the bread and breadsticks and pasta (very light castelmagno gnocchi) to the management of the room he does everything. Local products valorised and renewed, it is worth making a trip for this experience.
It is not a place for those in a hurry, but for those who like to taste the cuisine of those who have been preparing with passion for years.
Particular note to the first courses, heart-warming bean soup, and to the "surprise" sorbet.
We will be back as soon as possible!

If you want to eat really well you have to try this restaurant. Here they eat,
the best ravioli I have ever eaten... The castelmagno gnocchi were also excellent.... Among the starters I really liked the fried Jerusalem artichokes. of delicious chips.....

Excellent! Excellent choice for family Christmas lunch. Pleasant and tidy place with beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
As happens on special occasions, including Christmas, the chef has prepared an ad hoc menu with various courses and for all tastes.
Among the dishes worthy of praise are the ox salad with pears, celery and radicchio, the agnolotti with black cabbage and ricotta and the priest's hat braised with Nebiolo, the dessert is also excellent.
Generous servings and high quality raw materials, a more than correct price, a kind and friendly waiter, in short, it makes you want to come back as soon as possible to taste other delicacies.

Stop!!!! Stop!!! You can't pass through here without stopping by “Tuais”!!! We braved a terrible night to travel the thirty kilometers that separate us from Camino from Odalengo Piccolo, but it was worth it!
Fabio, a capable chef, and the very kind waitress welcomed us with great kindness, advising us and following us throughout the entire dinner process. The choice of wine was excellent (a robust local Barbera) and the aperitifs and starters that accompanied it were very tasty. I would especially like to point out the pumpkin flan with fondue, the polenta creamed with quail egg and the cardoon au gratin. This was followed by the "plin" in ox consommé (fantastic) and the lamb chops cooked to perfection, with a side dish of selections from Fabio's kitchen for the welcome explanations on the cooking. Overall, everything was very pleasant and we had a really good time. Prices in line with what is consumed. Already recommended to friends and relatives, we will certainly return to "Tuais"

Questo ristorante si trova, dopo una strada tutta curve, in mezzo alla natura.
Isolato, con ampie vetrate, e ...con un cuoco eccezionale: il proprietario Fabio ci accoglie gentilissimo, ma si autodefinisce "scorbutico e str...o".
Probabilmente ciò è dovuto per aver rifiutato qualche celiaco che gli avrebbe causato problemi in cucina e lungaggini...
In realtà con noi è stato gentilissimo e ci ha offerto anche un fantastico "amouse bouche": con crostini, fiori di zucca, torta salata e palline di melone! (vedi foto)
Ottimo l'antipasto con insalata russa, peperoni con tonno (speciali), zucchine in aceto di grignolino e tagliate in modo originale (da rifare!).
Speciali i due primi:tortelli burro e salvia e tagliolini al sugo di salsiccia.
Il tutto con due buoni calici di barbera a prezzo onestissimo.
Conto giusto (vedi foto).
Consigliatissimo, peccato che sia così lontano da casa nostra!
