Tscheiner Hutte In Nova levante

There were three of us at the restaurant, and we were all thoroughly impressed. I had the pickled trout as a starter – wonderfully tender and perfectly balanced in flavor. The main course was the kid goat, which was cooked to perfection and tasted excellent. The recommended red wine was also a perfect complement. The service was attentive, the atmosphere pleasant – there really was nothing to complain about. We were all very satisfied and would gladly return.

We stopped for an event. The food served was regional and very good. The view directly below these mountains is magnificent. We'll definitely stop by again on our next trip to South Tyrol.

A true hidden gem! The food at the Tschainerhütte was excellent – ​​freshly prepared with high-quality, regional products that you can really taste. The menu is down-to-earth yet creative, offering something for everyone. The attentive and very friendly service deserves special mention – you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. This is true South Tyrolean hospitality. We will definitely be back.

Ottimo ristorante, molto elegante, ambiente intimo e raccolto. Il menù varia spesso. Poche pietanze ma di alta qualità: vengono proposti tre antipasti, tre primi, tre secondi e due dolci. Possibile anche un menù (vincolante per tutto il tavolo) di sei portate ad euro 97 o di quattro portate ad euro 67. Le porzioni sono abbondanti e appagano anche l'occhio per come sono esteticamente servite. Vini locali e non. L'unico neo è dato dall'annotazione in fondo al menù, che richiede di ordinare a cena almeno due portate escluso il dolce, e per chi è abituato a mangiare meno o non vuole riempirsi eccessivamente è un po' poco elegante, soprattutto perché si finisce, con dispiacere, per rinunciare al dolce. Forse questo potrebbe essere rivisto. Prezzi non modici ma adeguati al servizio offerto.

A very appealing menu, featuring regional and seasonal dishes; all dishes were made with high-quality ingredients, perfectly seasoned and presented. There was absolutely nothing to criticize. The service was very friendly in a welcoming, family atmosphere. It's wonderful that there are still such dedicated and capable young restaurateurs around.

We had lunch there today and the food was excellent. The service was also superb. The Tscheiner Hütte has room for about 30 guests and is really cozy. "Fine dining" is the perfect description – a wonderful surprise, especially since most restaurants in the area are still closed at the beginning of May.

La mano leggera e delicata dello chef è capace di presentare ai commensali piatti dal sapore estremamente delicato, bilanciato e piacevolmente inaspettato! Ambiente gradevole, servizio attento, lista vini importante. Provatelo e se anche un pochino fuori mano, alla fine come dice qualcuno….. questo ristorante vale il viaggio!! Bravi ragazzi, complimenti, alla prossima….
