Excellent food, full menu, various appetizers and both meat and fish dishes, all carefully prepared. Excellent plin with truffle. Extensive wine list with excellent labels. Friendly staff, good background music, excellent air conditioning. For a large room and quite modern in style, perhaps to be improved aesthetically with the addition of some artistic furniture, colors too cold. Overall I recommend it.

I was pleasantly surprised by this place that smells of the sea: small, but well-kept in every detail, very clean and with a nice, welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel at home. The quality of the food is extraordinary. Each dish is a journey through intense flavors and cooked with evident passion. A special applause goes to the staff: very kind, smiling, capable of making you feel pampered from the entrance to the last sip of coffee. An experience that I highly recommend.

We had lunch at Truth, trying the 9-course tasting menu. Overall, we were satisfied: the portions were plentiful and varied (fish/meat/veg), with strong flavors and quality raw materials. The kitchen was also available to make some variations at my request. The idea of ​​eating more appetizers remains, for me, an original proposal. The negative note to report (in a constructive way) is the "heaviness" of some dishes: out of 9 courses, half included fried foods. I would have liked something lighter and fresher to "break up". Like other reviews, I underline that you pay 10% on the service: a frankly excessive cost and which should be reviewed.

Volevo provare da un po’ questo ristorante e devo dire che ha confermato le mie aspettative. Piatti ben studiati, ottima materia prima e impiattati molto bene. Abbiamo provato diversi antipasti, un primo e un dolce. Tra gli antipasti non ho trovato al livello degli altri i gyoza dove il gambero risultava inesistente, buonissima la tartare di manzo, la costina di maiale deliziosa. I plin ottimi e come dolce conclusione il tacos che mi ha ricordato il famoso gelato algida, una vera coccola, mi è piaciuto tantissimo! Il menù interessante merita una seconda visita!
