We had lunch at Truth, trying the 9-course tasting menu. Overall, we were satisfied: the portions were generous and varied (fish/meat/veg), with strong flavors and quality raw materials. The kitchen was also willing to make some variations at my request. The idea of ​​eating more appetizers remains, for me, an original proposal. The negative note to point out (in a constructive way) is the "heaviness" of some dishes: out of 9 courses, half included fried food. I would have liked something lighter and fresher to "break up". Like other reviews, I emphasize that you pay 10% for the service: a cost that is frankly excessive and that should be reviewed.
