Perfect evening at Trucolo Restaurant! The pizza was truly excellent: light and well-leavened dough, fresh ingredients, and generous toppings. One of the best pizzas I've had in Cervia, perfectly crispy and full of flavor. Compliments to the pizza chef! I also really appreciated the service: the staff were kind, attentive, and very professional. They made us feel at ease right away. Even though the place was packed, we barely had a wait, and everything arrived quickly and neatly. The atmosphere is comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized: you can relax and chat peacefully without the chaos typical of crowded places. The atmosphere is pleasant and relaxed. I had dinner here on a Friday evening in early July with a group of friends. The pizzeria is located in the "Vecchia Cervia" district, in a unique and timeless setting, so I recommend eating at the tables on the street or in the garden. The service is fast and friendly. You can choose from a variety of pizzas, some unusual, with traditional doughs or specialty flours. The pizza is good and easy to digest. The only flaw is the cooking, which made the pizza well done. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend dining here.

They undoubtedly use quality ingredients, but the dough—to be honest—leaves a lot to be desired. Prices are like gourmet pizzas (which they aren't). I preferred what they were; tourism also creates these "products." The service is young and pleasant, and the outdoor setting is truly charming.
