I celebrated my birthday when I arrived, and I already had something to say. I didn't find anyone at the entrance to welcome me, so I had to find a manager who could show me my table and its location. This is already a negative point for me. When we were seated, they started the pizza rounds right away, but still lacking in management, they left my guests for over 10 minutes without drinks, which I think is the first thing you should ask for before starting service. The staff were a bit absent. In the end, my birthday cake (a Mille Foglie), requested by me and handled by L'Oro, had another problem: the knife was missing from the plate, and the cake, in my opinion and that of my guests, was not good, in fact, perhaps not fresh. To conclude, regarding the pizzas, they were delicious. So, I feel like saying YES for the pizzas, but as for management, there is a lot to do.
