Tropi & Co Pizza Club In Milano

Tonight I had the pleasure of trying this restaurant's pizzas. They have a wide selection of original slices, with many new combinations. The only flaw is the waiters, especially one, who seemed a bit too arrogant and irritable. I've also been a waitress, so I know how stressful it can be, but I always try to smile at customers, regardless of my mood. Kindness, in my opinion, is the foundation of good service. The waitress was short with bangs and had the shift today, July 13th, for dinner.

Pizza galore and very varied, everyone is satisfied and in any case the price is very good.

We have been customers for many years, but I am reluctantly writing this review hoping that the manager / owner will read it. The environment is beautiful and spacious, food nothing to say excellent quality-price ... what more do you want for € 19? But the service has gotten worse to levels that I don't know if I will return before another year (just to give it another chance). Saturday evening 5/7/25, 2 of us sit at the table after a 15 minute wait (and that's normal on a Saturday), we wait for a waitress from Beverage to order, after 20 minutes and 2 reminders an employee shows up, takes the order for 2 beers and 1 water, after another 10 minutes (total we're at 30 minutes) she brings what we ordered... WITHOUT GLASSES... saying "I'll bring them immediately", we wait another 10 minutes (and we're at 40 minutes) and after I blurt out to get up and leave a guy apologizes and quickly brings me 2 glasses. But I say, is it possible that a table of 2 people has to wait 40 minutes to drink a glass of water? The evening came to an end with further requests for coffee and amaro (since everyone was cleaning the EMPTY tables, but no one cared about the ones where there were still customers sitting waiting to finish. Evening saved in extremis (twice) by Nicoló, the only one of the staff to have at least served us (both the glasses, and part of the pizzas during the evening and at the end coffee and amaro) he seemed to be the only one with his brain really connected to the work he was doing. Too bad, but I see a staff that is too young and immature and those like me who are in the sector understand it immediately; then yes to tolerance .. but the times were biblical and the service very awkward and fragmented.

Wonderful place with an industrial interior, it has a pizza tour service with a wide choice of pizzas, white and red, some very particular but surprisingly pleasant, served endlessly until you turn the table paddle to the stop. With 20 euros, which includes a drink, coffee and limoncello, you will leave full and satisfied.

Pranzo di lavoro. Locale grande, ben arredato. Sono andato nell’”ultimo turno” quindi anche il servizio è stato celere. ho preso il polletto con patate, che fa parte del menu base: anonimo e stopposo, poco “volume” e molto complicato da mangiare con coltello e forchetta. Non mi hanno entusiasmato neppure gli altri piatti dei mie commensali, alcuni “del giorno”

Se siete amanti della pizza e cercate un'esperienza diversa dal solito, Tropi & Co è il posto che fa per voi! Questo ristorante propone una modalità di giro pizza davvero unica: i camerieri girano per la sala con vassoi pieni di pizze di ogni tipo, tagliate in fette, portando un’infinità di gusti, uno dopo l'altro, a intervalli di circa 20-30 minuti. Ogni pizza è diversa, e ci sono opzioni anche per vegetariani e vegani, per accontentare davvero tutti. Il prezzo fisso (circa 19€) comprende pizza infinita, una bevanda a scelta, un caffè e un limoncello, che rende l’offerta ancora più conveniente. Non c’è bisogno di ordinare: basta sedersi e lasciarsi sorprendere dalle deliziose pizze che arrivano a raffica. La qualità del servizio è eccellente: il personale è giovane, dinamico e molto attento, con un’energia che rende l'atmosfera vivace e accogliente. La qualità del cibo è sorprendente per un giro pizza – le pizze sono davvero buone, fresche e gustose, lontano dallo stereotipo di pizza "standard". L’ambiente è moderno e ben riscaldato (che in inverno è un bel vantaggio), perfetto per una cena informale con amici, colleghi o famiglia. L’atmosfera è allegra e conviviale, ma per una cena romantica forse non è il posto giusto. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero ottimo: considerando la quantità di cibo che mangiate e il fatto che la bevanda è inclusa nel prezzo, è una proposta super conveniente. Inoltre, il fatto che sia facile dividersi il conto è un bel vantaggio. In sintesi, Tropi & Co offre una serata divertente, rilassata e, soprattutto, gustosa. Un'ottima scelta per chi cerca un’esperienza informale e golosa con tanti amici!
