Trippaio In Firenze

A classic food truck, but still on site, serving both first courses and other grilled dishes. Their best specialties are tripe cooked in various ways, but my favorite is the lampredotto sandwiches filled with various toppings. There are stools for eating at the counter and a few tables with chairs. Parking, being on the street, is a bit of a problem, but you can easily find one within walking distance. Takeout is also available. Highly recommended.

Before the Guelphs' game We headed to Trippaio to get a lampredotto sandwich. Really well-made. And very tasty. The people were kind and friendly. We'll be back for the next Guelphs' home game 🏡
