Triocco In Barberino val d'elsa

Dinner with friends: table outside with a beautiful view to the east of the hills with the village of Tignano and the Castello del Nero illuminated by the red light of the sunset. Aperitif, welcome tomato soup and really good pizza: thin, perfect: we learned that a very fine flour is used and you can feel it. In particular, my pizza with buffalo mozzarella, caramelized onion, carrots and sesame is one of the most surprising in taste and good that I have ever eaten. Equally good are the gnudi with truffles and the millefeuille with strawberries. They were very organized and paid particular attention to the food for the celiac person who was with us, serving dedicated pizza, bread and desserts. I definitely recommend it, and I also recommend a walking tour of the village of Barberino which is beautiful and well kept.

We had a wonderful dining experience at this lovely family owned restaurant. The food and service was excellent. We dined here twice and they remembered us and they treated us extra special. The owners are wonderful and hard working people.

The food was among the best we ate in Italy. We ordered pasta with tomato sauce and cheese, gnocchi with spinach and the most delicious steak we've ever eaten! Cheesecake to finish. The waiters were charming, know excellent English and the experience was very good! recommended!

Perfect all around and absolutely recommended! Super delicious food and very courteous service. We were lucky and spontaneously got a table for four on Friday evening - but a reservation probably makes sense ;)

Fantastic pizza at a real countryside flair

Lovely tiny restaurant with a lot of charm. Friendly staff and great food- excellent what you would expect from Tuscany.

Location perfetta in uno stupendo borgo medievale con vista bellissima sulle colline ( consiglio di andare verso l' ora del tramonto e goderselo dal tavolo di questo ristorante ). Aperitivo, pappa al pomodoro di benvenuto, pizza con burrata ,cipolla caramellata, carote e sesamo eccezionale, gnudi al tartufo molto buoni e ben fatti, così come i dolci . Impasto per la pizza fatto con farine speciali e pregiate e ci ha particolarmente colpito per la consistenza e fragranza. Molto organizzati ed attenti anche per persone celiache ( pane , pizza , dolci e birra dedicate ). Pizzaiolo molto bravo attento e professionale , Il servizio con ragazzi giovani ( inglese ok) può migliorare se si organizzano di più tra loro. Consiglio decisamente questa pizzeria ristorante , sia per la bellissima ed inaspettata location che per il cibo. Una passeggiata nel borgo vale la pena. Dal lato ovest , data la giornata tersa , si vedevano persino le Alpi Apuane al tramonto.

Posto molto bello, camerieri molto bravi. Vista meravigliosa. Lo consiglio volentieri. pasta all’aglione molto buona.
