Triocco In Barberino val d'elsa

Location perfetta in uno stupendo borgo medievale con vista bellissima sulle colline ( consiglio di andare verso l' ora del tramonto e goderselo dal tavolo di questo ristorante ). Aperitivo, pappa al pomodoro di benvenuto, pizza con burrata ,cipolla caramellata, carote e sesamo eccezionale, gnudi al tartufo molto buoni e ben fatti, così come i dolci . Impasto per la pizza fatto con farine speciali e pregiate e ci ha particolarmente colpito per la consistenza e fragranza. Molto organizzati ed attenti anche per persone celiache ( pane , pizza , dolci e birra dedicate ). Pizzaiolo molto bravo attento e professionale , Il servizio con ragazzi giovani ( inglese ok) può migliorare se si organizzano di più tra loro. Consiglio decisamente questa pizzeria ristorante , sia per la bellissima ed inaspettata location che per il cibo. Una passeggiata nel borgo vale la pena. Dal lato ovest , data la giornata tersa , si vedevano persino le Alpi Apuane al tramonto.

The best pizza I have eaten in Italy. While eating you have a wonderful view of Tuscan fields, which gives the restaurant a very nice ambience. In addition, the service is very friendly and good! However, prior reservation is recommended.

The Triocco is a great Restaurant. It offers a great view. Make sure to bring your anti moscitos spray, though. We enjoyed our food and the service very much. Their pizzas are huge. Make sure to leave space for desserts. The cover charge is 2,50€ and our 2 yo wasn't charged for.

First of all, reservations are useful, especially if you arrive after 8:00 PM. • Location, top with views over the valley. • Food, excellent. • Service, good. (You can share the dish and it will be served twice) • Atmosphere was influenced by some wasps (not due to the restaurant, they are currently everywhere). • Price, not cheap but I think that's fair with such a location. - Parking in the area can sometimes be a challenge. * Feedback: - Also offer card in English. Minus point: Bread, offered without oil and salt. Bread is not that tasty in Italy anyway, it is dry and not that tasty (the restaurant cannot do much about that, baguette is tastier to eat). An alternative could be; Crispy Polenta balls with gorgonzola, or an amuse.

We had an amazing dinner time at Triocco. The food was delicious, the service was great and the view from the terrace, oh my, simply outstanding! This place was recommended to us by the owner of the villa we were staying at near by and I am so glad she did.
