A grill I'd gladly return to and recommend.
I'm only giving the ambiance three stars because, eating outside, I didn't have a chance to observe and evaluate the interior.
The service was attentive, attentive, and professional.
The food was delicious: we tried various types of meat (bombette, carpaccio, offal, meatballs, tripe, and sliced steak), and I enjoyed everything.
I can't comment on the price since it was offered to me by a fellow diner, but judging from what I read on the menu, the prices are fair.

Highly recommended place in the historic center of Bitonto. We went on Saturday night for dinner (table of 10 people) all super satisfied. Very good food with a quality/price ratio that few find around, young and very helpful staff. Definitely to return!!

Trinciabue is an absolute must for meat lovers. Everything is right here: top quality meat, perfectly prepared on the grill, and pure, full flavors. No fuss, just really good food.
What makes it extra special is that you eat among the locals — always a good sign. A special thanks to the super friendly and attentive owner, who makes you feel right at home with his warmth and passion.
One of the best dining experiences we have had in Italy. We will definitely be back!
