This is a definite must. The wine list is huge. Shared with the wine store that they are part of around the corner. Best of all the young wine waiter was able to make an excellent recommendation. He understood our requirements perfectly. The food was also a significant step up from the usual pizza and pasta you’re getting in most restaurants. Some excellent regional specialties from all over Italy. I would highly recommend this place. Indoor and outdoor seating.

An evening of Barolo, with the aroma of wine enveloping the air, a table of excellent Barolos has finally gathered. Each sip contains the sediment of time, and the legendary "Barolo conterno monfortino" immediately captures the taste buds. Just when I thought the evening had reached perfection, the owner of the winery smiled slowly and took out his precious 1967 Barolo Ratti. At that moment, it seemed as if time had stopped, leaving only the scent of wine and joy resonating in the heart. An unforgettable night, up to expectations.

We have always felt at home at the Trimani Wine Bar and therefore it was natural to choose it for our wedding. Speaking with Carla we thought about organizing the Slow Wedding Brunch: an authentic experience of Roman specialities, regional delicacies and innovative proposals, all of the highest quality carefully prepared by the chef. Obviously all accompanied by wines that have told stories of territories, cultivations and Italian artisan traditions. The atmosphere was warm and enveloping, the organization impeccable and of the highest professionalism, with every detail taken care of with style and attention. The extraordinary staff, always present and attentive, made every moment special. But the real beating heart of this place is Carla, an excellent witness to the Trimani family values: passion, experience and quality. His knowledgeable guidance and warmth made our wedding a unique and special event. Thank you Carla, it was a real joy to share our time with you! Floriana and Simona

Enoteca Bonomi Wine Bar

05/06/2025: Se siete alla ricerca di un'enoteca autentica, calorosa e con un'atmosfera che fa subito sentire a casa, non potete perdervi questo posto. L’ambiente è curato nei dettagli, accogliente e perfetto sia per una serata tranquilla che per un brindisi tra amici. La selezione dei vini è semplicemente eccellente: ampia, ben curata e con proposte interessanti sia alla mescita che in bottiglia. Si spazia da etichette locali a scelte internazionali, con un occhio di riguardo per le produzioni artigianali e di qualità. Il vero valore aggiunto, però, sono le persone: Stefano, il proprietario, è una presenza preziosa. Sempre disponibile, preparato e capace di raccontare ogni vino con passione e competenza, riesce a consigliare sempre il calice giusto. Al suo fianco c’è Antonio, altrettanto gentile e attento, che contribuisce a rendere l’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Ormai è diventato il mio posto del cuore: ci porto amici, colleghi, parenti... e ogni volta tutti ne rimangono entusiasti. È raro trovare un posto che unisca così bene qualità, accoglienza e passione. Alla prossima! Chiara :)
