Restaurant located in Alghero, we were passing through on our way back from the sea and based on the photos on Maps we convinced ourselves to stop. The restaurant is on the street, it was difficult for us to find parking, but we seem to have understood that in Alghero it is generally difficult to find it. As for the place, however, it is a very nice environment, the only flaw is the size, a little small and perhaps a little confusing. The menu is very varied, it has many dishes and all of them are very good (it also has numerous vegetarian and some vegan variations). We opted, as a starter, for a slice of pan and a bruschetta, then for a filling and a vegetarian pizza. As for the filling, the dough is very crunchy and the attention paid to the preparation is evident, however the ingredients used seem to be of lower quality. However, it remains very tasty and tasty. As for the pizza, nothing to say, very good dough, not at all heavy, very tasty seasoning; in particular, as regards the one I ordered, those traces of garlic tomato gave that extra note to the general flavor and made it even more appetizing, congratulations! All in all, excellent experience, friendly and helpful staff and reasonable prices.

Why doesn't this place have a 5.0?! The pizza is absolutely amazing, local beer, very nice service. Pizza with stratatella and mortadella is a world championship. It's not such a fancy place by the beach, but maybe that's a good thing ;)

Pizza ottima, impasto leggero e digeribile, menù con ampia scelta di pizze al padellino, farcita, gusti tradizionali e stagionali. Consiglio la prenotazione perchè il posto è piccolo.

Una delle migliori pizze che si possono mangiare ad Alghero, con ingredienti di altissima qualità. Non parliamo delle classiche pizze, ma di poche ma ricercate prelibatezze locali! Unica pecca è il locale un pò piccolo, che costringe i titolari a pecifici orari di prenotazione.
