Tiny place with a small menu that changes often, which guarantees that everything on your plate is fresh. Had the best dishes here in my 5 days long trip to Tuscany. Authentic food and great wine, too. This is the place I'll recommend to anyone coming to Pisa, and I'll come back to, if I'm ever here again.

Really authentic restaurant. The owner didn't speak English but it didn't matter at all, we understood basically everything context-like. Food was amazing and we felt like we were at home. If you are not a fancy person that needs professional service but prefer more "personal touch" or human-like behaviour, you have to experience this. To be honest, this really made our day.

Perfect place for a typical moment, chef Alessandro gave us a great time, the cuisine is delicious with homemade dishes. I recommend 1000% and I would come back again!

I am very surprised. Nice service and also a cook who prepares food and drinks in a very quick time. He will be happy to talk to you about history and spending time in Italy. Don't be afraid of the environment that looks like a cave, but the first impression is nice. I have never eaten better Italian food.

A peculiar place a few steps from Pisa, and a discovery when it comes to pasta. We tried the Ravioli Funghi and the Amatriciana pasta and without a doubt the best pasta we have ever tried. The chef presents dishes that achieve an impressive flavor with few ingredients.

A hidden gem! Tucked away, fresh menu, choose from a blackboard and then cooked by Alessandro. It was delicious fettuccine, we also had tiramisu which was equally wonderful. Alessandro then got out his guitar asking if we would like bassanova or jazz! Wonderful food, fabulous host, a great experience. 5 stars!

En un enero húmedo no esperaba encontrar mucho abierto. Esta joya oculta estaba con un anfitrión tan encantador. Había una opción para los vegetarianos y el fetichismo era fabuloso. De postre compartimos un Tiramisu igualmente fabuloso. Después de cocinar nuestra comida nos trataron con jazz en la guitarra. Lo recomendaría.
