En un enero húmedo no esperaba encontrar mucho abierto. Esta joya oculta estaba con un anfitrión tan encantador. Había una opción para los vegetarianos y el fetichismo era fabuloso. De postre compartimos un Tiramisu igualmente fabuloso. Después de cocinar nuestra comida nos trataron con jazz en la guitarra. Lo recomendaría.

A hidden gem! Tucked away, fresh menu, choose from a blackboard and then cooked by Alessandro. It was delicious fettuccine, we also had tiramisu which was equally wonderful. Alessandro then got out his guitar asking if we would like bassanova or jazz! Wonderful food, fabulous host, a great experience. 5 stars!

The owner, Alessandro, is a truly good person, very helpful.
Very good dishes, we had two carbonaras, Roman saltimbocca, dessert and coffee.

This restaurant is a small corner of Rome nestled in the heart of Pisa, a place that feels like home and authenticity. Alessandro, the chef, seems to have come out of another era, one of those guardians of tradition who make every meal an unforgettable experience. As soon as you cross the threshold, you feel you have found the right place, the one you were looking for without knowing it.
I chose the carbonara, and every bite took me on a journey through authentic flavors: one of the best I've ever tasted. My girlfriend, however, chose amatriciana, calling it the second best... because the first, she says with a smile, is mine

What a great restaurant this is! Alassandro served us the best food in Pisa. Super cozy warm and authentic interior. On our last evening we went to this restaurant for the second time, we thought it was so special.
